The only one who is absolutely confirmed to be on a suspect list is the Mafian who did the kill. The other 3 are totally RNG. It's not like you'll see 3 Mafians on a single list, but it's not out of the realm of possibility (not going to deny nor confirm that that's happening now).

 

RNGeesus is like the opposite of a messiah, and tries at every corner to troll you to oblivion.
