downloaded halo problem

so my brother got an xbox one bundle with a code for halo mcc. and being the stupid man that he is, he redeemed the code on my account rather then his, even tho i already had halo mcc. i just got done with microsoft support and they told me to post something on here because 343 regularly checks here. so please can someone from 343help us resolve this issue?

This is a community site and therefore you shouldn't expect a response from 343. I would suggest using Halo Waypoint as I know it is regularly monitored by employees of 343.

For some reason they keep doing that... We've tried to correct them multiple times. No succes...

Well, if he used the code on your profile, shouldn't you just give him your disc? Unless you have a digital copy too, in which case your profile should have rejected the code. But if you have a digital copy, and it DIDN'T reject the code...well, good luck.
