What happened to Armor Effects?

Does anyone else want Armor Effects to come back? Pestilence, Inclement Weather, Grunt Birthday Party, Flaming Skull, etc. Personally I really liked this feature in Reach.

I would love for this to come back. Loved it when I got the Blue Flames in Reach. Never got enough Cr to get Inclement Weather though.

When I bought Inclement Weather I felt so accomplished. There is nothing in this game that really gives that sense of satisfaction.

They were kinda pointless..... all the effects did was give you away.
