Im sure Ive said it many times here before but Ill say it again. I hate Reach and pretty much everything about it. Fireteam Osiris has more personality than Noble Team. Carter's role is to die unecessarily, Jun just leaves, Kat just dies, Emile just dies and Jorge, well, just dies. Noble 6, surprisingly, dies. There is absolutely zero depth or substance to them and you are expected to care about these lifeless husks. I have to say Jorge though for sacrificing himself. Although it was a useless and pathetic plot point, it made me pay attention to one cutscene at least.

I enjoyed Halo 3 the most simply because it was the Halo game I grew up with. I never got the chance to play online multiplayer on the original release so it was great to have the chance to finally play against others. The only thing that stopped Halo 2 Anniversary being my favourite is the fact that Halo 2 sucked to begin with and no amount of remaster will change it.

I havent the slightest idea what the game could be. However, another spin off which follows Marines or the Navy through the Human-Covenant War (or any confluct) would be something Id like to see. It would be refreshing to see how the normal soldiers fight and survive battle. Although, if they make another ODST style game, kill me.

I agree that adding new species will be a brilliant addition to the next games. It would be nice to see new species make their debut or mix them all in together. More development time will definitely benefit Halo 6. It can only make it a higher quality game. Although instead of focusing on lore, the more glaring issue of the discontented fans has to be addressed more urgently than this.

Some valid points throughout. I can agree with you on Halo Wars 2 being a pretty boring and dull game. The "pay to win" with REQ packs is a tired old arguement that has been discredited many times however. The problem here is you are expecting a multi-national company to satisfy the desire of a single fan. Its never going to work that way. The main problem is that you are also a super-fan of ODST and a huge fan of Bungie in general. Unless Bungie make Halo 6 you will never be satisfied. This has happened to so many in the community.

If thats the case then its effectively forcing people to buy or build a PC. Obviously, its going to run better and look better on a PC but the difference is, well, minimal. I have personally yet to see any reason why I should bother spending way more than I need to on a gaming PC. Sure, you can make the arguement of upgradeable options but when a graphics card costs more than a console, I dont see the point. I highly doubt Microsoft will try to kill off the Xbox because its a kind of terrible business plan

The one thing I hate is the extreme bias that has surrounded every conference. For example I've seen people who put Sony as the best conference but as soon as Beyond Good and Evil was announced, Ubisoft won. Even my brother thought Nintendo was the best until the Shadow of the Colossus remaster was shown off. Its one thing that really annoys me. My list would be: Microsoft Ubisoft/EA//Nintendo Bethesda/Sony For games this year it would be: Sea of Thieves Middle Earth: Shadow of War Anthem (not too keen as it has a Destiny vibe to it) Call of Duty: WWII I knew this year was going to be a bit bare in terms of quality games due to the huge amount of games released around last November. It's really left this year empty. I only rate Microsoft highest as they actually announced/showed off something I cared about. The rest was just either VR nonsense or games that I really have no ounce of interest for. Bethesda and Sony were lower for that reason as their conferences were a pure waste of time.
