That was kinda the point it was a character piece so I don't see having basically no plot is a problem. A bad or lack of plot is only a negative when its trying to have one.

I honestly think it depends on Halo's popularity and the community can't really do very much otherwise. Case and point here, Halo is declining so this sites activity is but when Halo was on the rise right before Halo 4 came out this site was bustling with activity.
