  1. The Emerald Skull Remastered Created by Juggacly Welcome to my remake of my very successful Halo: Reach puzzle map, 'The Emerald Skull'. This map features a huge amount of fun, logical cooperative challenges. This remake's main purpose is to let those who never played the original to have a chance to play this map. If you played the original, then you can play it again, for good ol' times sakes. History of The Emerald Skull Remastered This map took me almost a year to make. I started in April, 2013. This map took a lot of blood, sweat and tears... literally. I can explain why it took me a year for a remake. Well basically, Halo 4's mechanics are different from Halo: Reach's... a lot different. I had to modify almost every challenge to make it work, and feel like the original. And to make this worse, I sold Reach half way though making this map (very stupid of me I know). The only way I was then able to get this map to scale as much as I could was by following some of the walkthroughs people made in the original version. Fixed challenge #5: was able to cheat solo. 3. Fixed Blue's challenge #4: was able to do Warthog section solo. 4. Added an extra step to challenge #3, making it easier to get back to the previous challenge.

  4. Thank you Zandril actually said he liked the map, and he never says he likes maps, so that was something to be proud of. If the map has any way to bypass challenges solo, please tell me, I'll be on it straight away

Basically, 2 teams of 2 are spawned in 2 symmetrical rooms. Their first site is a little room with 2 teleporters. These are your checkpoints, incase you mess up. Both 2 teams are pit against 6 logical, unique challenges. They can only complete the challenges in a cooperative fashion. They must complete the challenges before the other team does. If no one finishes, they have 20 minutes if that time runs out, no one wins. When a team gets to the end of the puzzle, 1 player from the teammust be sacrificed to win. Once a player from the team is at the end, they must capture the hill for a whole massive second! If a player from both teams get to the end at the same time, it is adeathmatch to the finish.   6. Even if you can't get 4 players, 2 still works if you want to practice. 4 is the best it can be though. You'll have fun regardless

Every so often, a power item will spawn in the centre of the map, including items like: Gravity Hammer, Incineration Cannon, Rocket Launcher, Railgun, Overshield and more. The first team to get 200 points, or get the most points before the time limit runs out, wins. The map is a 4v4 Banshee map, but can extend from that. I have made the main arena for the banshees. The sides of the map can be walked on if you don't quite make it to a banshee, also allows more than 8 players in a game. I've only been able to get a test on this with 8 and 16 players, we were having a bunch o' fun on it & laughs all around. It's something fresh and new to play in Halo. I also have a Custom Gametype which is required to play the map, the download link for it is above. There are two symmetrical bases. The bases contain: 4 Banshees, 1 Sentry Turret & a soft kill zone (behind a shield to avoid spawn killing) Below you can find six pictures to show you some of the maps features. Banshee Depot Both bases have a Sentry Turret attached to the side Teleporter to take you to the other side of the map Shade Turret. (2 on map) Anti-Air Gun. This was a Mini-Game that I loved to play in Halo 3 and have wanted to recreate since Reach but never had the right space to do so. We've pretty much done everything as it was in 3 but changed some things up to better suit the Map and Halo 4. Now, onto the way it works. There is 1 Flood (Tank) The rest Humans (Mongoose) Simply the way it works is the Mongeese must run from the scorpion and try to stay alive for the remaining time. Each player has 1 life, when you die your dead. There are multiple rounds in a game, with hazards and jumps to go along with all this. That's about it for the way it works, quite a simple map. I would reccomend 12-16 players, the more the better with this map. Basically how it works is both team have symmetrical bases, They have a sniper pit, and Vehicle depot. The Vehicle depot has a ghost, 4 Mongeese, a Warthog, a Sentry Turret, Mounted Machine Gun Turret and a Wraith. An Incineration Cannon spawns in the middle of the map every 6 minutes.   21. Alright, thanks for the feedback. I can't make it any larger with 2 wall colliseums, and anyway it wouldn't be symmetrical anymore. I've made it feature more. There's now a Wraith-Cannon on both sides of the map which seems to play pretty smoothly. I can't add aerial combat as the height of the map ends where the colliseums do. With the Tower, there's not really much I can do about that. I've only got a $2000 Budget left and that's nowhere near enough to change the bases up. I have no idea what you mean by "Viewing the green outside" Thanks for your feedback!
