    Okay I've got it! The answer is the number of hours you spend on this site each day, which is 25, divided by the number of Penn state jerseys you own which is 20. So the answer is 1,246.

    This video was posted on YouTube today and although it is very biased he does give summaries of both bills and provides the possible affects of the bills on the world. Embedded YouTube videos and copy and pasted pictures and articles. If a corporation decided to take offense to this (maybe even 343industries since this website is so easily confused with theirs) then they could get the government to DNS block the website to all American users. If this website is hosted in the U.S. it could go down entirely. So I ask you to step up and e-mail your congressman (if you don't live in the U.S. then find a list of the bill's supporters and e-mail one of them) every voice counts, your voice counts.     UPDATE: The bill has been delayed until December 21. When I first posted in this thread I did not watch the entire video. I now believe that a faction within Anonymous did post this video and they never once said that the bill has passed, which it hasen't.

    "Oh ah okay" Caboose said in response. He then took out his gun and said to himself "I have to think back to training... how to you take it off safety... oh right I was never supposed to do that... apparently me doing it would have just helped the other team... maybe it's this button." Caboose then pressed the button and the magazine fell out. "Ooops", Caboose said, "I will just have to bend down and pick that up..." Caboose said to himself. As he bent over the dog lunged at him, but missed high and went tumbling down the conveniently placed cliff behind Caboose.

    The dog started growling at Caboose and started walking towards him "Nice puppy, good puppy" Caboose said as he slowly started walking backward before turning down and sprinting towards Blue base.

    Hearing shouting Caboose wondered what was going on. Then remembering about that cute little puppy that he was going after, he continued walking towards the dog. As he neared he noticed that the dog was acting a bit funny...

    Congrats to "the deadly" on winning, I was trying to use all sorts of websites and programs, which didn't help, but they did tell me that you could make 59 words with the given letters.
