If there is a campaign in the game what time zone would it be set in?,Who would be the main enemy? and will it take place in the main halo canon?

There is no campaign planned. It's just matchmaking for now. The next project they talked about would most likly be firefight.

The campaign could take place on all the stock multiplayer maps, or it could have it's own, unique campaign.
