Destructo Disc was a good move in Dragonball, but in Dragonballz, Frieza had a Destructo Disc that could move anywhere... Whoops... But krillin did come up with the idea for the move in drgonball. He just never got around to mastering the move untill the5 years inbetween dragonball and dragonball z.
