  1. Hey guys, Though i may be new to the 343i forums, i've got some great ideas to share for Halo 5. What if you were able to have your own customized assassinations in matchmaking? How amazing would that be? The creater tool would kinda be like a WWE game (don't judge me for playing them) where you could create your own unique customizable "finishing move." You're given a huge list of Starting Moves, Secondary Moves, and Finishing Moves, like a three-tier system. You would be able to choose a starting type of move where you grab the enemy SPARTAN, a secondary type where you say, drop him to the floor, raise him over your head, tackle or body slam him, and a finishing blow of a stab, a crack of the spine/neck or the blow of a bullet. All selections would be compatible with each other and there would be a set amount of time that you're assassination would have to take in order for the multiplayer aspect of it be balanced. Now when you get assassinated, you can gasp at each unique creation that each person makes. It would add that much more into the Halo Sandbox and be a fantastic touch to the franchise. I've thought of a real cool one where the SPARTAN grabs the other one by the neck, choke-slams him and makes a finishing jab of the knife to kill his opponent. -Nerdboy132

  3. Well today I was playing some forge. I was trying to recreate duck hunt from halo 3. (I'm sure we all have good memories with it, and know what that is.) I made the map, and when I tried to make the game mode for it, 343 completely through the idea of having the flood use weapons in the trash. I really wish they would add back all those gametypes from halo 3, and fix flood. They ruined it, and atm halo 4 custom games is thrown in the trash. So please, suggest anymore ideas below and sign the petition to improve halo 4 and custom games.
  4. One thing that personally disappointed me about Halo 3 and even more in Halo: Reach was the custom games. Why? Custom Games keep the game fresh. It made Halo 2 and 3 last several years past what they would have without it. In Halo 3, custom games were great. Don't get me wrong, but there were options that should have been there that just weren't. A perfect example is the beam rifle. Why couldn't a person assign it as a starting weapon? There was NO point to not being able to do that. Did Bungie just forget? Well it's not important now. The point I'm trying to make is that when the Bungie.net forum threw an outrage on this, Bungie didn't capitalize on it in Halo: Reach. Reach's custom game options are just pitiful. Awful. Horrendous. It's a mockery of itself. To me it removes the point of even having Forge World. Not only did Bungie fail to add the options it's fans begged for, but it also took away options that- AGAIN were completely pointless to remove. What I'm asking of 343; is to make sure the options that should be out, are out. Halo 2 in retrospect had more customibility than any other Halo! Bungie made sure any possible option that a user might want to use was right there. As well as all weapons could be started with. Enough of my ramble. Here's what I'm stating 1) All weapons that are in the game, and even previous games if possible, should be able to be selected to start with and place in forge. 2) Any possible options from previous games, and options we've all been asking for should be added. 3) Forge should reflect all these options and have a friendly UI that any person can properly use. No more of that "Not compatible with this gametype". Now I'm sure I'll be editing this later. I am fairly tired and I have a feeling I just repeat myself over and over. However, I don't care. I want to see opinions of the forum, and any options that any of you would add too.
