  1. Today we have some DLC news regarding Assassin's Creed 3. This DLC will of course be available on all platforms the game will be available on. Will you be getting the DLC? More details below. This piece of news was found at: http://www.g4tv.com/...washington-dlc/ "Ubisoft today announced some intriguing single-player DLC for Assassin's Creed 3. “The Tyranny of King Washington" is a campaign told through three episodic content packs that lets gamers experience an alternate history of the events following the American Revolution. One look at the above artwork, with George Washington looking a lot like Alex from A Clockwork Orange, should give you a good idea of what to expect. In addition to this all-new single player experience, Assassin's Creed 3 downloadable content will feature new maps and characters to provide "an even more expansive multiplayer experience." If you want to purchase everything Assassin’s Creed 3, Ubisoft is offering a Season Pass that will be available for purchase for 2400 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE or $29.99 on the PlayStationNetwork. It can be pre-ordered at GameStop and Best Buy."
  2. INFORMATION FROM G4TV Ubisoft is apparently planning to support Assassin's Creed 3 with enough DLC to warrant a Season Pass, based on a letter that the publisher reportedly sent to GameStop locations. A photo of the note, snapped by a store employee, is posted at Kotaku and it appears to be legit given its resemblance to other materials that Ubisoft has sent out in support of the game. The letter confirms that Ubi created a "complementary development team" that has been tasked with building "post-launch episodic content," DLC that fans will be able to buy either a la carte or in one go, via a Season Pass. That Season Pass will apparently be available for pre-order soon, provided of course that this letter actually is the real deal. I find the mention of "episodic content" noteworthy though; it certainly suggests that the DLC plans involve more than just multiplayer maps. We'll all find out soon enough. Assassin's Creed 3 comes to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC platforms on October 30, 2012.
  3. Hey guys, Just thought that I'd start a thread to ask any of my fellow Assassin's Creed fans what they thought of the kills in Ubisoft's newest AC game. I personnaly love the fluidity of it all, since I think the dual-wielding really makes everything flow better, along with the slo-mo deflect system. Anyways, I was so pleased with it all that I ended up make a montage of my favourite double kills (since they always close up when you achieve them). Please leave your opinions on the kills in general, in the comment section of this thread. Here's the montage I made for AC3 Kills (Be sure to watch in 720p), it's the first montage I've ever made, so feedback is greatly appreciated. Also, if you liked what you saw, please give the video a like and check out my channel- sub if ya really like it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lCCTmJ-OtvI&feature=plcp I'm currently working on some Halo 4 Forge projects, along with some montage ideas, so I'll be sure to come back to the forum once they are done and share them with you all. Thanks for your time!

  6. Ubisoft has released a trailer focusing on Desmond Miles, the 21st century protagonist. Read below for more details Source: Computerandvideogames.com Even if you're still not a fan of Desmond, who has appeared in every game to date, AC3 creative director Alex Hutchinson thinks you'll be very happy with how his story's tied up. "The story of Assassin's Creed, AC II, Brotherhood and Revelations was to build Desmond up," Hutchinson recently told Edge. "He's this guy who's a bit of a nobody when it starts out, and gets new abilities through reliving the lives of his ancestors. "So we've built this guy up over the course of the games, and I really believe that we can pay that off, and in retrospect he'll be terrific. I don't think anyone really liked Luke Skywalker in [star Wars] A New Hope, but by the end of his character arc, this journey that he goes through, makes him amazing." Ubisoft has confirmed an Assassin's Creed 3 release date of October 30 on PS3 and Xbox 360, with a PC release to follow on November 23. A Wii U version will be available at the console's launch. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTcE1Tlxw38

  13. Ubisoft releasing a season pass for 'Assassins Creed 3'. The pass will cost you a extra $30. Will be available across all platforms. Read below for more details From: http://www.computera...pass-confirmed/ By: Mike Jackson for CVG UK The AC3 Season Pass, only previously rumored when a claimed internal GameStop document was leaked, has been officially confirmed via this week's US PlayStation Store update, which offers gamers the opportunity to pre-order the game with a Season Pass for an extra $30 over the usual $59.99 price. The PS Blog update confirms, Ubi will offer an Assassin's Creed 3 Gold Edition which, at $89.99, will come with a Season Pass which is expected to give gamers access to much of the 'extensive' DLC the developer has planned for AC3. When asked in the blog comments if the Season Pass would be offered separately, a rep replied replied "Yup, it will". There was no mention of a standalone price, but the $30 mark up on the Gold Edition of the game is a solid hint. Ubisoft has confirmed an Assassin's Creed 3 release date of October 31 on PS3 and Xbox 360, with an Assassin's Creed 3 PC release date to follow on November 23. A Wii U version will be available at the console's launch.
