I've had a change of mind. Instead of just being the same as your primary or secondary armor color, their could be and option for energy sword under the color customization section. It should odviously be limited for the reason you said.

I have wanted customizeable bots in Halo ever since I played that game Medal Of Honor: Rising Sun (I think it was called that).

Wish granted, you built a spaceship that will take you to the far reaches of the universe but you are 99 by the time you finish it. So you blast off and are almost to the farthest reach of all reaches, but you suddenly you have a heart attack and die leaving your body deep in space never to be discovered.
