  1. Fallout 3 and New Vegas are the two best games Bethesda has made... Unless Skyrim or Oblivion are anygood... I wouldn't know as I have yet to try them, but so far I'm loving Fallout.

See I wanna give Skyrim a try, but I am waiting until our dream PC is complete so I can experience it the way it was meant to be played... But it could take a while so I should just get the console version... But the thing is all of those mods for PC... It is tempting...

i say if your gonna get a pc cappible of playing it, you gotta go with that, the mods for it make the game way better, and it's already an awesome game to start.

  2. I am more of a loner... I just prefer to work by myself. Less drama. But I always keep this in mind... "If you want to travel fast, go alone. If your want to travel far, go together..."
  3. Great guide my friend, Although from my experience, my brother and I found that an SSD drive is superior. That alone made a computer my father had which was a dinosaur, boot like lighting... It had a 2003 motherboard, a Pentium 4 processor, only 512 MB of RAM and less than 1 gig of memory, and the operating system was still Windows XP basic 32 bit... It took it over 4 minutes to boot up and load... And just by cleaning it thoroughly inside and out with isopropyl alcohol, and compressed air, and them putting some thermal paste and a SSD drive, it booted up in less than a 26 seconds... And now on our old computer that were bringing into this century (don't wanna post the specs yet as it is still a work in progress) it made it go from a 21 second boot time to a 8 second boot time, but now with windows 8.1 it is now less than 5 seconds! SSD's are the way too go. SSD's are the future!
  4. The part when Captain Keys died in Halo CE, then Foehammer was really sad... But the biggest shock to me was when Miranda died in Halo 3... I was still sad about it up until I got my mind off of it by the last level, only to have Johnson die and make me sad again... I didn't even have time to recover from Miranda's death, and now johnsons dead.. Then before I could even have time to mourn, Master Chief ends up alone isolated in space, presumed dead, aka MIA, Arbiter has to return home to a war that is killing millions of his people, and the UNSC had a memorial service honoring all the fallen soldiers... That combined with the fact that the game was over, a legendary trilogy that consumed my life and made up so much of my childhood was over, and that it was the last Halo game (at the time, that's what ever one said) was all really kinda depressing...
  5. Wow so many great cars here! I love it! :)

  6. For something that made up such a big part of my childhood and gave me so many sweet memories, I really can't tell you... There were just sooo many great games, I really can't choose.
  7. Headed to the Detroit International Auto Show. Luckily its only less than an hour drive for me. Can't wait to see what they got this year! ^-^

  8. Ah, hello. It is always nice to see a new face around here! It looks like you have already had the pleasure of meeting a few of the finest members this community has to offer... But there are still more of us on here you haven't met yet, so I hope you enjoy getting to know us, as much as we enjoy getting to know you. Welcome to the community, if there is anything I can help you with, all you have to do is ask.
  9. Building PC's is Fun! :)

Just like building a Mega Bloks Pelican. Which, incidentally, I wound up doing for my neighbor because he was unable to do it. It took much longer than it should have because he made a mess of the pieces long before I met him.

  10. That's so cute! But at the same time, she is going to have a really hard time learning how to spell and pronounce her name in elementary school, and when she gets to middle school bullying will happen. And once she gets to highschool and college, its gonna be a pain having to write down that name. And then when she is an adult, no one will let her buy alcohol or cross the border(s) without arousing suspicion... Just think if she gets pulled over by a police officer... "Ma'am you're tellin me your name is... Tali'Zorah... Tali'Zorah As in Tali from the game, Mass Effect... Yeah, Nice Try... Now whats your real name?" And what if she plays Mass Effect some day to see the origin of her naming, and does not like the character whom her name was givin... That would suck.
  11. Agreed. Dubstep is not my style either but I have to admit, some dubstep (when listened to with the right speakers on a proper setup) are a-mazing! Come to think of it, Google Harry Potter Theme Song Dubstep... It's pretty epic. Oh and I also love Inspirational songs! The Rocky theme always gets me ready to go! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zq7RrHauzAg
  12. Both the game and the console itself are relatively new, so please try to keep that in mind... Come to think of it, Assassins Creed 4 and Battlefield 4 are all "Newer" as well.... So, in time, it will all sort itself out. You just have to have patience, and a little faith.
  13. Standing in line is only as boring as you make it out to be. Anything can be fun if you use your imagination. Thanks SpongeBob!

  14. "Halo : Next (gen)" would be my guess... That might be what they were going for... Or it was a typo, or the naming department at Microsoft got bored. I can see no logical reason as to why, they would call it just "Halo Next". Unless they have something up there sleeve, or its a placeholder name used to stir up conversation and build up hype... There is no such thing as bad publicity. All publicity is good. Just ask Miley Cyrus, or look at Grand theft Auto 5.
  15. It looks like Old Man Winter is back to his senses... Don't get mad at his attempt to kill us all... He is just a senile old man who thought he was in his prime during the ice age... you know, the one where he was a young soldier at war with the cavemen and wolly mamoth...He's back on his meds and took his nap and now he remembers that its 2014....

  16. That was single-handedly the most adorable image I have seen so far in 2014... Anyways, I may not know you personally, at the moment, but from what I can see, you seem very deserving of MoM, so congratulations. Enjoy it, and there's no need to thank us, it is us who should be thanking you! Keep-on-keepin-on my friend!
  17. The tonight is great! Clear skys with lots of stars and a sliver moon... No winds, so quiet. Very pleasant. But it is very crisp and cool, it is -16 degrees below zero, with a -55 degree windchill... But still, wow its beautiful. Since I'm awake anyway, and I can't sleep, I might as well go for a walk. Alright talk to ya later my friends! Goodnight :)

  18. Seriously mother nature? You think you can stop me? You may have beaten the cavemen, but they were stupid... And you got lucky with the dinosaurs, but you had some outside help with that... But if you really think that a little cold and blizzards are going to stop me, your sadly mistaken... Bring it on! THIS. IS. SPARTAA!!!

  19. I'm sure Its great as a developer/creator to come up with a concept, watch it grow and evolve, and then watch it get used for incredible tasks that you never dreamed it would be used for, and make breakthroughs and innovation, and benefit all of mankind.
  20. But not to much... If we know to much, to soon, it takes the thrill out of getting to know him over the course of a long period of time... So I hope they shed enough light to let us know who he is and why, but leave all the mystery's about him a secret... A character shrouded in mystery is more enjoyable than a character who's life is an open book...
  21. My Dream... Pokemon Yellow Remake in which you can travel to all the first five generation regions, and the sevi Islands and the orange archipelago islands, and capture all of the new gen 6 and 7 Pokemon within the new islands as well... All in stunning HD of the seventh generations game engine.
  22. Couldn't they have just done what Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas did, and have it be a hybrid/fusion game with first and third person viewing at the press of a button? It worked quite well in those games, I don't see why it wouldn't in Destiny...
  23. Just searched the attic... Found a box labeled "Stuff"... Opened it and found an advertisements for the original Sega Genesis and a post card and photo albums from the 1930's-1989... Another box had magazines and flyers from the 1990's and early 2000's... Its like looking through a time machine...
