  1. What if YOU'RE in LEAGUE WITH THEM?! I HAVE EVIDENCE!
  2. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO READ THIS?! I don't have the time or attention span to attempt to gue- Oooh, look a goldfish.
  3. The baby above is newborn girl Tali'Zorah, born in North Carolina and named after the popular Video Game character from Mass Effect. It was the mother who chose the name after playing the first game and falling in love with Tali as a character. The family has received numerous messages of support and kindness from loved ones and friends, with only 'Internet Backlash' being a real problem, as the name has gained some controversy in the community. The controversy is due to how unique the name is, and if it would make her a bigger target for bullies, but the father, Adam, has replied that no matter what your name is, bullying can still happen. 4. Related to above, Cooliest also replied using a mix of colors, one cyan(news group) one gold(legendary member) multiple green(art) and a dark pink color never seen before, meaning the possibility of a new rank. As well, the people from all department of staff are all the most recent additions to their group.
  5. Dark Souls, a popular multi-platform title, was announced to be getting it's own Café in December of last year. The new eatery was the result of a partnership between Dark Soul's Developers, From Software, and Tokyo's originally Australian themed Oz Café. The Café includes a menu inspired by the Dark Souls universe, such as a Ring of Stone (onion rings) and other references revolving around Dark Souls. Source:Polygon
  6. Thanks to everyone who attended for a highly successful US and UK playdate, and while I unfortunately missed Halo 3 due to some time issues, Echo had me covered, so thank you Echo. It was really fun guys. See you Starside.
  7. Rayman Legends, originally announced as a Nintendo Wii U exclusive title, has since it's original launch seen addition on multiple platforms, including last gen, PC, and soon, Next Gen. The Xbox One and PS4 versions will include exclusive content and add-ons, such as characters from other UbiSoft titles like Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Splinter Cell. In addition to exclusive content, the next-gen versions will be a better overall experience, including sharper visuals, and the exclusion of loading times when a player enters or exits a level. In Rayman Legends for the Xbox One, you can also earn 10 time-limited achievements by completing challenges in a certain amount of time for example one week to sprint 15 miles. These are in addition to the existing standard achievements carried forward from the Xbox 360 version. Meanwhile on the Ps4's version, Rayman Legends uses the DualShock 4's touchpad to enable an all-new camera mode that players can use to snap screenshots and share them with friends. The game also uses the touchpad as a means to allow you to virtually scratch in-game tickets. A scratching sound will even emit from the DualShock 4. Rayman Legends on PS4 and Xbox One launches on February 18th. Source: GameSpot I personally want to thank Yang Xiao Long for working on the second half of the article for me.
  8. Ehrm... No you didn't. I checked your content, you didn't post anything even related to this.
  9. Insomniac Games, the original developers of Ratchet and Clank: Into the Nexus, and current developers of the Xbox One exclusive title, Sunset Overdrive, are auctioning off an Xbox One on eBay that has been signed by the development team, including Forza 5 and Ryse. The Funds from the sale of the signed Console will be donated to former Intern of Insomniac Games, Ana Kessel, who was hit by a car and seriously injured. Her leg needed to be amputated and the family needs funds to afford a decent prosthetic leg. The console is still being sold on eBay and the current top bid is $888. Source: GameSpot
  10. Well, this should be expected, Destiny and most next gen games don't really belong on the old gen, even GTA V really pushed these old machine's limits. These games should mainly be on the Next Gen consoles, and Bungie shouldn't have to downgrade the game as a whole just to work on these inferior (now) machines. Btw, your quote at the end, I have an original 360, THANK GOD I'm picking up Destiny for next gen XD
  11. With the original State of Decay, developed by Undead Labs, meeting critical success with over half a million copies within two weeks, and Undead signing a contract for multiple games for Microsoft over a span of years, an MMO may be on the way for Xbox One. Undead recently revealed that they would be keeping it under careful watch for now, but they said that they do have huge plans for the franchise on Xbox and PC. Originally, Undead Studios had aspirations and credentials for a multiplayer game, and even a Co-op mode was cut out of the original State of Decay, meaning they could explore this more in the future in an MMO-esque way. 12. Holy mother of links, that's a lot of links. So many links, that they're all wondering where Zelda is at! I don't watch anime, but thanks for the info, I'm sure it will help others.
  13. My first 360 game? Well, my father bought a three game bundle I believe, Gears of War, King Kong, and Condemned. My first of the three was Gears of War, loved it. Halo 3 came after about a few months, soon after, Bioshock 1 as well, those games got me into gaming.
  14. Okay, first and foremost, this is a community forum, there's a sign right above you. Secondly, it's fine that you didn't enjoy the game, but your facts are messed up. Bungie had a contract with microsoft, and that contract ended after Halo: Reach. Also, members of Bungie returned to 343i, so, you're still calling Bungie bad, even when you refer to them as 343i. And this isn't 343i's fault either, 343i is an amazing company, as seen by their work when they are not rushed out the door by MS. An example being the Defiant Map Pack, which was made by 343i, a favorite DLC in the franchise.
  15. A noticeable object in the image for starters, is the massive infinity hovering above what looks like a base. The infinity seems to be surrounded by what look like Pelicans. Below, we see what seems like a large base of operations, with a radio tower nearby. This base and it's surroundings actually look very familiar, similar to the base you build in Halo Wars, with different sections like factories and radio towers. This image could be a clear hint at another Halo Wars, but in the new saga of Halo's setting. You can see multiple humanoid figures below in the bottom middle. It is clear these are human soldiers and not covenant, as their walking posture and body shape differ immensely from that of a grunt or brute. The architecture of the buildings stands out the most though, reminding us of the DLC map, Skyline with a shiny metal coating and sleek gloss, unlike the gritty green makeshift cabins of the UNSC, is it possible this is a rebel base? Or even a makeshift rebel town or village? Finally, we notice a shape above, that looks like a piece of the image was cut out, correct? Compare this to the shape of a halo ring. Very similar in detail and form, correct? And finally, the small line of info we got, and how this is just "little game project we’re tinkering with…" This one line gives more detail then anything. It proves this is not the next chapter in the Halo trilogy, and it is a small test project, and not the final route, making way for a Halo Wars sequel as the only option, since Halo 2 Anniversary would contain no hint of the Infinity. 17. A clipping was recently revealed of never before seen artwork in a waypoint bulletin. The article explained that this was for "little game project we’re tinkering with…" and I thought it would be good to analyze the image and this small patch of detail. 18. I actually wanted a steam machine, I still want one, but this is such a stupid move, man. Steam machines were brought out to bring in people like me from the console market, to give us an easy introduction into Steam gaming without being confused, but these specs and info will confuse any console gamer trying to get into the market. There are 13 machines right? Aren't people going to be confused as to which one to buy? With an xbox one, you can play Battlefield 4, and it'll be the same for a guy in Europe playing Battlefield 4, but with 13 machines all with different hardware, people won't know where to go, and it will likely sell less. I'll still likely pick up a cheaper one, but, it is really sad to see this amazing concept fail.
  19. The Farm 51, a Polish Game Studio, has reveal an upcoming next generation game set to erase the lines separating single-player and multiplayer, called Get Even. The new title will be somewhat of a blend of thriller and horror, similar to Resident Evil, and use mechanics said to be similar to that of Dark Souls. When asked about the innovations, they said they wanted to use "ambitious new dynamic and photorealistic graphics" for their new 2015 title. While the story will focus on that of the game's heroes memories and visions, you will be able to mold and change your character's paths in the shape you want by choosing your routes while playing, in a good or evil style system. The element similar to Dark Souls comes in the form of invading other's worlds and teaming up in a system like Dark Soul's own Phantom system. The result is unknown to you, and you never know who you're battling with, a simple A.I., or another player. Weapons have remained without much comment, but we are told to expect futuristic weapons, but they will be grounded in reality as well. The game's character will use a smart-phone, with similar functions to that of Watch_Dogs, being able to bolster your weapons with upgrades, or use other functions to improve accuracy. Corner Shot weapons are even fully customizable in the game. Get Even launches in 2015 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The teaser is below: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CisXIiyLZXQ Source: IGN
  20. With the Help of two friends, a man named Robert Fink, created his own pixel game, in which, the protagonist, a Knight, avoids obstacles and barriers, to assemble a pixel ring. At the end of his quest, the pixel character presents his newly crafted ring to the game's Princess, modeled after Robert's real life girlfriend, Angel White, as an effort to propose. Making this a memorable moment in the two's lives, and a unique addition to gaming history, Angel said yes to Robert, as shown in the reaction video. The game is playable on the Pixel Proposal site, which is linked below, and where players can leave their thoughts on the game and the proposal, or donate to the newly proposed duo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFbGbF-HulI Source: IGN The Pixel Proposal Site
  21. Im going to triangulate it around March-April as well, likely wont be in the summer though, unfortunately. P.S. thanks to you and your buddy for going into service to defend our country,
  22. That vex looking armor is badass, if I can change the colour to gold and have my Titan wear it, I will do anything to get it, nice post Rockubot!
  23. Hello everyone, the recent hit comic by 343i, Halo: Escalation, contained some interesting story and character choices, including the inclusion of the Arbiter in his new gear, and what he might look like in Halo 5! This is the Thel's look in the comics so far, a shiny gold metal suit of arbiter armor, looking a bit more like a Shipmaster or Councilor's Armor if examined close enough, and a cloak on his left shoulder. This features an explanation as quoted below. While this has not been confirmed as his appearance in the next Halo title, if he appears at all, it is still interesting to note and look at for future reference.
  24. This happens with a lot of people, you see, when most go on DeviantART, we binge search, and basically scroll past a lot of art, clicking on a few, maybe commenting or faving, and moving on. Alternatively, some do checks on their favorite authors and writers, to see his/her new content in batches at the end of the week/month/year.
