  1. Finally got Windows 7 for my PC. Diablo 3 and Battlefield 3 here I come! :D

  2. No I think Infinity Ward deserves the spot at 25. I mean look at their past history they made a lot of great games plus all their campaigns are epic. Modern Warfare 3 might not be the best Call of Duty out there but it currently has to most people on it compared to any other game that's out. Infinity Ward is a great company and can do great things as long as they don't get lazy.
  3. I think it should be broken down into sections like: DMR Swat BR Swat Magnum Swat
  4. Despite Microsoft working to ensure the security of its Xbox Live network, the company has encouraged users to check their security information and update their passwords in a community blog post today. It's a cruel (virtual) world out there, folks. It's all part of new security measures that Microsoft is employing, measures that began with the spring update issued last month. The update helped Microsoft "build on security enhancements for the near future," says Xbox Live general manager Alex Garden. Xbox Live took its share of security lumps this year, including claims of a FIFA hack andpurported Windows Live ID problems. In the community post, Microsoft also provides some general internet security tips – in case you didn't know it was a bad idea to use the same password for every site you've ever logged onto. I wold rather go toe-to-toe with a Tiger then play that game also it'd give my mom a heart attack AND I don't have any audio capture equipment(that work's outside of the game)

  7. EA officially revealed Battlefield 4 today as a project being developed at the company's Sweden-based DICE studio. Beyond that, however, no one's saying a peep about the game. Lest you forget, three more DLC packs are planned for DICE's last game, Battlefield 3, and that apparently means DICE isn't ready to talk Battlefield 4 just yet. "There is no further Battlefield 4 news at this point," reads a post from DICE on the Battlefield 4 subpage. "With the Back to Karkand and Close Quarters expansion packs already out, Armored Kill around the corner, and End Game and Aftermath still on the horizon, we're looking forward to many more hours of gameplay with you, and can't wait to see the stories you will tell through Battlelog and player created videos." With Medal of Honor's 2010 reboot, EA set out to match its competition's annual shooter, Call of Duty. EA's Los Angeles-based Danger Close studio is in charge of EA's Medal of Honor franchise, apparently trading off years with DICE and the Battlefield franchise. The two franchises currently share DICE's Frostbite 2.0 game engine, and Danger Close's next MoH employs DICE's Battlelog system as well. Thus far, EA has yet to best Activision's Call of Duty powerhouse (in terms of sales and critical reception) with its two shooter franchises.
  8. What? Battlefield has always been an amazing series same as Medal of Honor. I personally thought Medal of Honor (the recent one) was amazing. And as for CoD I personally like them all but its just a matter of opinion I guess. It just appears that you only like sticking to a few game series.
  9. As seen in the header image above, an Origin pre-order promotion for Medal of Honor: Warfighter briefly tempted customers with access to a Battlefield 4 beta before being removed from the public eye, according to neoGAF. Interesting, since Battlefield 4 doesn't really exist or anything yet, at least not in any sort of publicly official capacity. While we didn't see the advertisement on Origin with our very own eyes, it was reportedly live and functional as a promotion, if lacking specific Battlefield 4 details, according to a corroborating report from IGN. It's possible that this was an accidental admission of BF4's existence, but it's also possible that someone at EA has learned an important lesson about letting the interns near Photoshop. We've got out ears to the ground and will update with any new information. SOURCE! http://www.joystiq.com/2012/07/14/rumor-battlefield-4-outed-by-medal-of-honor-warfighter-pre-ord/#comments
  10. Fifty billion rainbows, and the sun is setting, and the moon is setting, also, and you're there in a gazebo. And then God descends from heaven and He gives you a million dollars. Take that feeling, and put it into a song.

  12. Vevendi, the majority stakeholder of Activision Blizzard, has began “testing the appetite of possible bidders.” Vivendi has a 60 percent stake in the biggest video game publisher, Activision Blizzard. Interestingly, Microsoft’s name has come up in the list of potential new suitors “Although a formal process has not started, bankers close to Vivendi are sounding out cash-rich trade players, including China’s Tencent and U.S. duo Time Warner and Microsoft, as well as private-equity heavyweights KKR, Providence and Blackstone,” Reuters‘ sources claim. The French conglomerate’s stake in Activision has an estimated price of 10 billion dollars. SOURCE! http://mp1st.com/2012/07/11/rumor-microsoft-is-among-potential-activision-buyers/

  14. Not necessarily its Treyarch. They have a really smart group of people working on the game and for the 8 Player zombies I think the 4v4 thing is a good idea plus that's only one game mode and the 8 survivors can work with huge maps which Treyarch can make. Overall I trust Treyarch they make quality games but if it was Infinity Ward making this I'd be scared. haha
  15. The first Black Ops, in my opinion, was great. I loved what Treyarch did with it and they will continue doing great things with the franchise... as for Infinity Ward they are lazy.
  16. I'm a Cod fanboy so I'll be getting it no matter what. Escpecially this one since Zombies can have up to 8 people.
  17. Treyarch has released a new trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 featuring villain Raul Menendez. According to the blurb: "Raul Menendez is idolized as the Messiah of the 99%, yet underneath the surface lurks an insidious mastermind hell bent on global insurrection." Sounds like a lovely chap. Activision recently confirmed that a futuristic version of Nuketown, a multiplayer map from Treyarch's first Black Ops, will be reimagined for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and offered as a pre-order incentive. 18. "Kinect PlayFit," first seen in leaks, is now officially announced – and officially released today! That means we can finally understand what Kinect PlayFit is: a special "fitness dashboard" that tracks your calories lost across multiple Kinect games, "from Dance Central 2 to Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 to Kinect Star Wars," according to Microsoft. The dashboard also features leaderboards and social "activity challenges," two ideas that probably either motivate you to keep up your fitness routine or make you feel very uncomfortable, depending on how fit you already are. It even has its own Achievements. SOURCE! http://www.joystiq.com/2012/07/10/xboxs-kinect-playfit-dashboard-keeps-track-of-cross-game-calo/#comments
  19. Change it back to LORDLIDELL? But whatever you change it to try keeping it original... like no numbers or random x's or z's. Keep it original like for example "Pie" is original but xPiex, P1E, etc is not.
  20. Amazon UK has updated its product listing for Splinter Cell: Blacklist, adding the release date for the game along with a “UK Exclusive” limited edition. The British retailer has listed Splinter Cell: Blacklist to release on March 29, 2013, which falls on a Friday. This usually means that the game will release in North America on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 in this case. Officially, Ubisoft has a prospective release window of Spring 2013. Limited Edition includes the full game plus a steelbook containing: A map of the conflict zone The following digital content Exclusive Upper Echelon operational suit (5 armour pieces, with a unique visual and damage protection bonus) Upper Echelon goggles. Simply put, they shine gold A bonus mission Little is known about the multiplayer portion in Splinter Cell: Blacklist, except that co-op will be included and spies vs. mercs will make a return. 21. So confirmed Tami Reller, corporate vice president of Windows, to partners attending Microsoft's worldwide partner conference in Toronto. The OS will be released to manufacturing in the first week of August, and business users will get it around the same time, with those versions going out "as early as the beginning of August", according to MS (via ZDNet). Video game support is expected to be a major part of the new OS, with MS having announced the integration of Xbox Live into the platform, and speculation that it may be capable of playing Xbox 360 games.
