  1. Different ranking systems so you can have something new. No, there is nothing more to it. Just enjoy the game.
  2. It wasn't the same. This holds conversations. And Malovent holds conversations even longer and spills more information. Pointless. I'm going to stay with fake. For the other reasons I mentioned as well.
  3. I like that Halo 3 is still on there. Very nice.
  4. I'm gonna go with fake. No entries or links, only discussions. Profile created when the topic got hot again, even though this has been around since 2011. Answers questions WAY too easily as compared to AC. AC answering any questions was already a big mind blower to me. An ARG never has an interactive AI, but AC can be believable. Having two? Pointless. IF there was another AI it would just be mentioned on Artifact, not on a another account. Just illogical to me.
  5. Even if it's fake, I'm loving this. Just reading more into it and it's extremely interesting and fun.
  6. extremely interesting. But, fake. The site is a free host site. If it were a paid site, I would be more into this. There was a lot of work put into it and I'm already interested. But, very clearly fake. at.ua if the extension was paid for it may be real. Very nice, though. edit: there is a chance an employee created it and is not paying for it. I love this, even if it is fake.

  9. It varies. Light Blue, kind of electric. Sometimes Crimson.
  10. Chief should never show his face. In a way, the player is the chief. Not seeing his face let's you connect to him in a way you can't connect to other players. Simply because you can't judge his appearance. He's you. On a non-serious note: I'd like him to be Frank O'Connor.
  11. You need the ability to see what's going on around you during the short cinematic. Anticipation for your next move. I suppose if the user really, really wanted to FPS assassinations it could be an option for you to choose which you would prefer. But, the players with 3rd person enabled are typically going to survive more often after an assassination than that of someone using first person.
  12. You need to understand that games evolve. It's not trying to be something it's not. It's becoming something better. It's still Halo, but with the features that newer games need to make them more interesting. It gives you more control of your character to be able to Sprint. In the end, that's what gamers will always want is more control of their character. Not the same thing over and over. You need variety. That simple. Don't be so closed minded, please.
  13. Vote. By far. The potential to be more specific with what map users want is always the best way to go. I don't even think Vetoing is an option anymore. At least it shouldn't be.
  14. There's problems with almost every system. The one we have for Halo, works for Halo. I'm not particularly fond of it all the time, but it works good enough for what it is.
  15. Reading through this thread and most people seemed pretty mixed up. Like what was stated: read the books. They do explain a lot of what's been going on before Halo CE and will make your understanding of Halo even better. I also suggest you go to http:///www.AdscendantJustice.com/ and read up on all that you can.
  16. This system would not work in Halo. This is not CoD. In Halo, committing suicide results in a negative kill for you and your team. I would be on board for removing that from the system, but it's been present for quite a-while. There are plenty of better ways for the betrayal system to work in 4. There's always a better, more efficient way, but you have to keep in mind that one system for one game may not work for another. Halo has more explosions, wider range of bullet fire, and wider range of vehicle damage than a lot of games. CoD doesn't even have vehicles. How many times do you accidentally betray team-mates in CoD vs Halo? You're much more prone to accidentally kill a team-mate in Halo. If I, or even most of you, received a death every time you accidentally killed a team member, you're KD would be at least a third of what it should be. The easiest way to repair this broken system is to not allow friendly-fire, period. shoot a team-mate and nothing happens.
