Halo: Reach No Weapon

In Halo 3, it was pretty easy to get no weapon. How do you get rid of your weapon in Halo: Reach? I am jumping an awesome gap, and it would look cool without a weapon.

There's also a way to do it in the game settings. Not sure how, though. My friend uses it a lot in custom games and parkour courses.

Actually noticed something, You dont need the Hologram for this to work, I tried it randomly with Sprint on the Camp. and it still work (Had to do it twice because of carrying two guns)
