Major titles, especially Halo titles, get released just prior to the holidays. From a business and marketing stand point it is a popular and well proven practice. And, they like to keep the suspense building and keeping you waiting and interested by not announcing the date until the last possible second. Factor in the supposed xbox relaunch and the development time for it. We may see a hold off until January or later for Halo 4. They are making a very complex game with so many details and problems to solve and bugs and glitches to patch and they have to make so many levels, and its just very large. It will take them a while. And to the person who said 4 days, no offence, but that is PSYCHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will give us atleast a month or 2 of notice in advance. They have to let the world know its coming out.
