Lol already had to edit it. Included a bit more for the guidelines and added a template type of thing for requests.

It's also worth noting, that if you'd prefer, you can have the Events staff make the announcement thread for you. So if you're not too good at babbling like an idiot, let a professional like me do it for you.

They get grandfathered in. Primarily due to laziness...
