Campaign Commendation Bug - Requiem

When I beat the Campaign on Legendary, I noticed that the Commendation 'Requiem' in the Campaign commendations, wasn't complete for some odd reason, even though it said I beat the mission and that I had completed the Campaign on Legendary. Just now I got around to doing the mission again on Legendary (Starting from point Alpha, AKA the beginning of the mission, the whole 9 yards) and yet again, no commendation completed.

 

Has anyone else experience this and/or came up with a workaround?

^{Yeah when I was doing my Legendary run it happened to me. I still got the achievement once I completed the game though so dont worry.}

It's an update that's being fixed, update is November 20th (tomorrow) try it then.

Well it's the 20th and no patch. Anyone else have any recommendations?

Are you sure you beat it while you were online? I've seen a lot of these problems fixed just by making sure you're connected to XBL before completing them.

The same happened to me with infinity cause it disconnected me from the servers midway through, so just hope that doesn't happen again and when you can be bothered replay it.

happened to me with forerunner. was going for the weekly challenges for campaign while doing my solo run through and i fully completed the mission and it says i do not have the commendation for forerunner nor does it say i have even done the mission solo at all. and i would really rather not play through that mission over again was hard enough the first time.
