Basically, US have theirs, Europe have theirs, some others share servers, I think its basically, really small places have theirs all together, but the larger countries have shared servers, Russia probably have their own or bounce off Europe, Canada, Norway, Sweden and a few others are bunched, Japan, China, most of Asia are together with Australia I think.
