I think it would be costly, not only would it be difficult to make such an intricate staff, but it would require the use to two large crystals, by the looks of it. Good luck with this though it would be pretty cool if you acquired such a staff. If you wanted to do it very cheaply, you could find a large stick that resembles the staff, and glue an appropriately colored ball to the end. Plastic ball, rubber ball, whatever you have would work.
