I think I heard somewhere that Hunters were much stronger and harder to kill in Halo 4. I may be wrong though.

Hunters are confirmed to be back, unfortunately i don't like the look of them, they have too much neck

I've been wondering about this myself. If they do make it i don't know where they'd fit in as the covenant are scarce in Halo 4. Though I would love to see them as they've always been fun and DIFFERENT to fight.
