One time in Halo Reach (mission:Tip Of The Spear), I'm almost certain a Skirmisher used the hologram armor ability because I ran through it and it was a hologram. Has this happened to anyone?

Should elites be playable in halo 5? I think yes, at least in certain game types that make sense.
