No other forum is helping me might as well try here. I have no weapons, armor, loadouts, and am stuck at SR1. My armor and emblem are blacked out and I can't access commendations. Most annoying of all is no one has responded to me or the various others I have seen having this same problem. All my other games work fine, why is yours so broken? -
I've posted in two different threads, and you have no help number or support page. Is anyone going to answer my question? This game is garbage.

Ok on day one I was deranked and unable to customize. Same thing right now. What the hell 343? I spent 60 dollars on this POS. I've been without my loadouts and armor for a week now.

On Halo 4, I have no access to any of my armor or loadouts. I'm trapped at SR1. It's completely ruined the game for me. Logging in and out has done nothing. My customization tab still has everything on it and displays the correct loadouts. Is there anything I can do or am I going to have to sell this? Seriously I love the game but if it's stuck like this I have no reason to keep it.
