  1. I don't know about the game, but the Walking Dead show on AMC is awesome.
  2. I just ran through Sanctum on forge, and I honestly think it is brilliant work, and I'm not just saying that. I am very critical of maps, especially my own and 343's. Usually it is extremely easy to find the flaws in a map, but with Sanctum this is not the case. With most maps out there, including my own, there will be only a handful of areas on the map where the fighting takes place, and it really makes the gameplay stagnant. lol, I don't think I could play any of my own maps for more than 30 minutes, but Sanctum I could play at the rate of Haven, hours and hours on end. Haven and Sanctum have the same key element that is crucial to competitive play, flow. I would really like to see the sketches you made, for some reason they aren't showing up for me. Cheers, Corey
  3. Yeah, Sanctum was great! I have played so many custom games on forge maps, yet your map was one of the best I have seen. It was refreshing to see a good map for a change. lol
  4. Hey man, I played with you guys on a custom game on this map earlier tonight. Coming from someone who makes a ton of forge maps, I must say this is a superb map. It is extremely fun, especially with teams of 5 or more. I can easily see this map in the infinity slayer playlist. Nice Job Cheers, Corey

  7. Hey again guys. I've mostly been posting competitive maps on here, but here is a new one that happens to be for Infection. The map is called Lockdown. It is a remake of another map I made back on Halo 3. All of my friends loved the original so I decided to remake it. Lockdown consist of a large building in which the survivors must get into and then "lock down". The front entrance features a pushable pallet that blocks the zombies from getting inside. The interior of the building features two levels. There is one safe room in the far back, defended by a surprising trap and a mountable turret. Their are three different ways the zombies can break inside. 1) the front door 2) a side entrance that leads into the bottom of the compound and 3) a large airvent that leads through the ceiling. If the humans work together, and block these entrances, they can survive. This map is to be played with the "infection lockdown" gametype. The map and gametype are both on my file share for download. This map may not look like much, but it is without doubt one of the funnest maps to play. My gt is BABY NADES Make sure you check out my other maps as well.   8. Some of you may have seen my other two maps posted earlier, Colossus and Primal. Here is a new one I finished today. Made specifically for Team Slayer, Team Snipers would work well I think. This map is made for up to 16 people. There is a long U shaped walkway that borders three quarters of the map's perimeter. In the center is a large building with multiple entrances, including a rocket hallway and stairs to reach the top floor. The roof is home to a Banshee, the only vehicle on the map. Both teams spawn on opposite sides of the large walkway. They must fight to gain and keep the high ground. Here are some photos, taken by my iPhone.   9. 343, all the maps look great so far. I'm looking forward to playing them! However, I have to agree with Carl that we need more small symmetrical maps. Like Haven.

  12. Hello guys, first off let me say, this game is fantastic. I was beyond disappointed in Halo Reach, but I think 343 has redeemed the series with Halo 4. I love the fact that they went back to Halo 3 style combat. The weapons and loadout system work very well with this game. The sound and graphics are unparalleled. I also think the armor selection is superb as is the unlock system for emblems, weapons, and armor. The campaign is perfect in my opinion. I love this game, but I do, however, have a few gripes. I don't like the ranking system in this game, or in Halo Reach. Nearly every player I have talked to agrees that 343 should go back to the original Halo 3 ranking system. Even the MLG pros agree on this point. Another problem I have is the fact that players can stay in scope when they are getting shot. One of my biggest dislikes in this game is the lack of an X mark shown on teammate deaths. I was absolutely shocked when I found out this key feature was removed. Weapons disappear too quickly. I found that when I had a sniper rifle, and was killed, I would respawn within seconds and return to my body and the rifle would be gone. Vehicles splatter too easily, this needs to be fixed. My final gripe is that there is no team doubles or rumble pit in matchmaking (hopefully this is only temporary). Regards, Corey

  14. Hello guys, I am a veteran of Halo, been playing since 2002 Combat Evolved. I really got into forge in Halo 3, and I've been making tons of maps since then. Most of them are not on my file share. But here are two forge maps I have made recently for Halo 4. You can download them from my file share. I'll post more as I make them. Gamertag: Baby Nades Map Names: Colossus, Primal Both maps are set for team slayer only and both are 2-8 players. Here are the photos of each map, I took these photos with my iPhone, so please pardon the image quality. PRIMAL: COLOSSUS: The images do not do these maps justice in my opinion, especially Primal, but I hope they give you guys a good idea of the basic layout.
