  1. UNSC Galactic Arcadian - Alignment: Good Rank: Commands all UNSC forces, but is below FLEETCOM in terms of power. When the UNSC was formed, along came HIGHCOM, and then FLEETCOM. However these commanding branches need a Supreme Field Branch, one that could send forces on a moments notice, fit with the best soldiers and officers and scientists and so on. They called it the Galactic Arcadian. The Commanding Officers of this branch were made to form a Council of Five. One Chairman, Tactician, Scientist, Politician, and Military Officer. This worked out well, and the UNSC had a lot of victories because of this plan. However, when the Galactic Arcadian decided to travel into far reaches of the Galaxy, they were lost and couldn't contact FLEETCOM or anyone. Luckily, the Arcadian took 30% of the UNSC's military, and that was still A LOT of troops. Most of them were serving for life. Even though they were gone, the Arcadian had luckily set up first, so they took a lot of the land. The UNSC imagined that they were going to be the heroes of the galaxy, and wanted to be the ultimate good-doers. That is what the commitment of being in the arcadian is. Military The UNSC established a powerful military that took most of the galaxy, but clashed with the Covenant. It has a very large army, large navy, and a large airforce. Every single soldier is trained to the peak of all types of warfare and how to defend against it, making the Galactic Arcadian a force to be reckoned with. Each soldier is required to serve a minimum of five years, however most have stayed for life. You start off as a Private and could, one day, become part of the Council of FIve. The military welcomes everyone, as long as all previous thoughts and creeds are left behind. The UNSC's Army is the most active branch, with at least 25,900,000 TOTAL personnel fighting for it. They are the ones who are on the ground, fighting the land battles with tanks, vehicles, and all sorts of land technology. However, since the Galactic took thirty percent of each branch, 7,770,000 were taken on this journey. So here, 7,770,000 Army forces are deployed with the Arcadian when it was lost. The Arcadian took 50,000 of all the UNSC's land vehicles. The Navy is large, but not as large as the Army. Its personnel totals up to 5,000,000 TOTAL. However as stated before, 30 percent was taken so 1,500,000 are active within the Arcadian. The ships that the Navy has are 10 Supreme Cruisers, 150 'Jauken' Class Frigates, and 3500 modified Sovetins. The percentage taken counts for ships as well, so deployed with the Arcadian it ended up as 3 Supreme Cruisers, 45 Jauken Class Frigates, and 1,050 Sovetins when it was lost. The airforce is one of the primary developed things in the UNSC. It has about 500,000 active personnel. Of course, 30% of that is 150,000, and that is the number the Arcadian took. It contains about 25,000 pelicans, 25,000 Falcons, 25,000 sabers, 25,000 broadswords, and 25,000 of most of the UNSC's air vehicles. However 30% was taken by the Arcadian, so deployed with the Arcadian was about 7,500 of all air vehicles. All species' were able to get along pretty well, so there was just one major Company, Alpha, but a lot of different squads, brigades, divisions, whatever were also created as well so the military wouldn't be jumbled. (You can create those) Play with the Galactic Arcadian if you want to: Play as any race you could possibly want to Work in a military style and with great power Become one of the Council of Five, if you earn it Create your own weapons, tech, vehicles, equipment Must be good, and want to put things right in the world. Be the good guys! Play in the largest and most powerful army in the Galaxy. Come up with your own tactics, make plans, influence history Have a great time!

  6. "Yes Sergeant Geza." Cavril stepped out of the sandbox and shook his boots, getting the sand off of them. He wiped his face as well, for it was sandy too. By the time Cavril had reached the compound, some other recruits were just getting out of the sandbox and breathing heavily. When the Russian stepped inside, a blast of AC hit him and he relished the feeling. He walked over to the weapon container, and lifted the lid up. There were a collection of blackish-gray rifles, and Cavril picked one up. It wasn't that heavy, but when filled with a magazine it probably was a lot heavier. He walked down to the firing range, and saw Kawolski standing there. Cavril turned off his smile into a serious face and approached the Staff Sergeant. "Staff Sergeant Kawolski, we were given orders to get rifles and check in with you. The others should be along shortly, sir." The Russian said. ((How the hell do you hear thoughts???))
  7. Cavril nodded respectfully and sat down in the sand. He felt defeated, and that usually didn't happen, however this time was different. There was nothing he could say, except for a few things that didn't matter. Right now, they just needed the other recruits to finish their fights. ((That's enough for today. Let us wait for someone else.))
  8. "Oh, so you weren't listening. Well allow me to reexplain: I had no friends. I knew Grant, he was a good friend of mine as well but we rarely every saw each other. I'm ashamed to say that it was my brother, Ivan, who shot Grant. I'm sorry, I didn't find out until the military police traced the finger prints of the gun back to Ivan. Ivan destroyed Grant's life, and I took away Ivan's. Secretly of course, and I'll never forget Ivan's fearful stare, looking into my cold, violet eyes." Cavril said.
  9. "Well, I have my super rich family back at Aszod, but I mean I'm going to stay in the military for the rest of my days. I'm not returning to Aszod, it has nothing for me there. Except for a life of wealth and fighting. Otherwise I don't really care. Things have been different for me since I killed Ivan," Cavril said, expecting that D.J. had heard what he said about Ivan, "Nobody screwed with me, except the newbies. Nothing really happened."
  10. "Oh, right! Him. Grant Mikhail, wasn't it?" Cavril asked, unknowing that he made the mistake of using the Russian-English way of spelling Michael. It was also pronounced differently. Instead of Mi-kul for the normal way, in the Russian-English it was Mike-Hail. The Russian looked at D.J. and smiled his creepy smile. He couldn't help it, it just naturally came to him. "I had no friends. I knew Grant, he was a good friend of mine as well but we rarely every saw each other. I'm ashamed to say that it was my brother, Ivan, who shot Grant. I'm sorry, I didn't find out until the military police traced the finger prints of the gun back to Ivan. Ivan destroyed Grant's life, and I took away Ivan's." Cavril said.
  11. Very nice! That was quite enjoyable. I always LOVE to see how characters develop. Can't wait for the next part!
  12. "I can see the ancientness of a fighter in your eyes. Well, at least you avenged your friends. Tell me, what was your closest friend like?" Cavril inquired. He was now very interested, and for some reason wanted to know a lot about D.J.'s life as a colony kid. The Russian looked over at their barracks, which was small but seemed big upon the hill. It was a nice and cozy place.
  13. "Ah, I see. Well I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, to be able to go to school, have a good family, get in the U.N.S.C.. You did the latter, so that's good I guess. Anyway, what were your brawls like? They always turned up on the news eventually, as did mine. You saw a picture of me, Da? Everyone knows who I am on Aszod." Cavril asked, hoping that some of the other recruits would complete their fights so the finished recruits could move on to shooting, or at least something else.
  14. Cavril smiled. Even an uneducated person could still make a great friend. They were bonding, and that was good. 'Brothers in Arms are brothers for life' they still say. And that much was true, they would need to work together to get through these challenges. "Ivy League? No sir-y. My father was one of the richest men on Aszod, so I got the best education you can get on all the colonies. I got it at Richard's Science and Military Institution, a private academy. There I learned a lot about the military, tactics, history and science. Division is easy. If 2 x 8 = 16, then 16 / 8 = 2. And it would be the same for 16 / 2, only that would equal 8. Anyway, do you know anything about Earth's history? Did your father ever tell you anything about it?" the Russian said.
  15. "I'm guessing you don't know the history a few years before World War II? It happened in 1937, in the second Sino-Japanese War. Don't you know your military and war history? Or did you not go to the pre-military Academy that cadets like me who want to become Officers go to? Anyway, China fought Japan with some economic help from Germany, the Soviet Union and the United States. After the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, the war merged into the greater conflict of World War II as a major front of what is broadly known as the Pacific War. The Second Sino-Japanese War was the largest Asian war in the 20th century. It also made up more than 50% of the casualties in the Pacific War if the 1937–1941 period is taken into account. Did you learn something?" Cavril replied, hoping to get that 'Oh wow, I just got schooled' look on D.J.'s face.
  16. "I've used a gun before, went shooting with my father. He was a retired U.N.S.C soldier, so he had prior experience and told me how to shoot, where to aim, and all that stuff. A lot of the colonies are starving to death, like China when Japan invaded it. It's kind of weird how we are at a galactic war with another collection of species, yet will still remember the most important times of Earth. I find that pretty amazing." Cavril said. He turned over to see a recruit facing his opponent, looking genuinely scared. The Russian decided to help him out. "Lower your center of gravity! It will be hardy for him to move you if you-" before Cavril could finish, the recruit had his face slammed into the sand. Damn, Cavril thought.
  17. "Oh, well I'm sorry about Jason. Damn, what do you think that mutant was on? A bystander near by got an image of him. 8.5 feet tall, strange blue armor, crocodile like mouth with four mandibles. Nobody on Aszod had seen anything like it. Us Aszoders have to stay together, same with people from other colonies. Anyway, I'm here because my father, a rich industrialist, said that there was more to my life then Aszod, so he sent me here. I'm hungry too. Do you think good food will be almost nonexistent because of the war?" Cavril replied. He was beginning to like D.J..
  18. "A lot of my family is from Russia, but they moved off planet around the time my mother was born. I have Russian origins, hence the height, accent, creepiness. But otherwise I was born on Aszod. The Industrial colony. There I learned the fighting that I know today. Hey... you look like you're from Aszod as well. I actually may have heard of you throughout the news. Oh... that's right. Your the guy who lost to that incredible high, on steroids, mutant thug. How was that?" Cavril replied and then asked, hopefully not embarrassing D.J.. ((Not trying to make up your back story, but you said you lost some fights.))
  19. "Exactly. He threw a punch and got flipped over the tiniest guy's shoulder. He retaliated and got put flat on his ass again. And finally he was locked up by the wrist, elbow, and shoulder and was helpless. If he thinks he is going to have a chance against what we are going up against, then he will die. Unless he is shoot first." Cavril replied. The recruit they were talking about was James Kahn. He looked big and scary, but now that reputation was gone since the little guy flipped him over. However James overheard Cavril's discussion with D.J. and put on an angry face. "What the hell did you just say about me, Stalin? You can't beat your opponent." James taunted. Cavril turned on his creepy smile at the max and stared at James. "Well if you get your ass kicked by the littlest of recruits, how are you going to fare in a fight with a grunt or Jackal? You won't." the Russian said. James' face turned bright red and he swung his fist at Cavril. At first, Cavril did nothing, but then he decided to make a spectacle out of James. He grabbed James' elbow and shoulder, then turned his body weight sideways so he could lift the 230 pound James and slam him into the ground. After Cavril did that, James got back up and walked away. "D.J., isn't he just useless?" Cavril asked.
  20. ((Sure thing. I don't really know. I guess timezones really screw up some of the member's posting)) "Yes Sergeant Geza, and that makes sense. I'll think about that. Grappling is one of my major styles, considering that I have experience in judo, so I'll try that. Some of these other recruits don't look like they are doing as good as us, unfortunately. Anyway, Sergeant Geza, thanks for the advice." Cavril replied, contently. The Russian looked at D.J. and smiled. "Hey, at least we got a compliment, right?" Cavril asked his friend.
  21. "Yeah well, always keep your guard up." Cavril laughed as he accepted the hand and stood up. "So what do you think the training has in store for us next? Movement, shooting, tactical awareness? I hope it is shooting." The Russian looked over at some recruits who got put flat on their ass in the sand nearly after a few seconds. They wouldn't last long without proper training, and Cavril almost felt bad for them. (After this, post and then we let someone else. Sound good?)
  22. Cavril felt the hot, grainy sand rub against his face. D.J. was a worthy opponent, and hopefully they could become friends. However, it may take more trust then just that. The fight pimped Cavril full of energy, and he felt like he could take on six cows. However that wouldn't be happening today. "That was a nice fight. You are a worthy opponent." he said. The Russian's creepy smile returned at he looked at the overseeing Sergeant Geza. "Sergeant Geza! It was a draw. We both fell down." Cavril stated to his superior.
  23. Cavril stumbled back a bit from the blow but ultimately this would work out for both of them. The Russian registered that they both were getting bored of fighting, and wanted to end it, and he had a perfect way of doing so. He charged as well, but leaped and launched into a flying kick at D.J.'s face, if it impacted it would be quite a hit. However because of physics, Cavril would sail over D.J after striking him allowing for any last dirty blows. And there was nothing the Russian could do stop it. (That son of a ***** )
  24. Cavril went for the forged punch, which he ended up thinking he shouldn't have, and was struck off balance by the foot stomp. He stumbled back, but stayed on his feet just barely. The Russian leaped forward with great speed and decided to use a fake punch to get D.J. off guard. Once the punch was stopped, Cavril immediately got his other hand a chopping shape, hoping to hit D.J.'s neck and swung it. If it landed, the blow would spike a pattern of nerves which would cause temporary paralysis.
