Anne specializes in quick movement and elimination, and as such is a mixture of quick-thinking and reckless, often making wrong split-second decisions. She has a very independent personality not relying on anyone else to do her work for her. 8.) Gungoose 9.) Poorly when taking orders, exceptionally well when commanding others 10.) Yes
  2. Okay, so I've seen a lot of really sexist jerks saying that Jacob isn't needed in this game and that Evie could hold it on her own. While I think Jacob solo or Evie solo could hold the game, I like their bond as twins, as it's something we haven't seen before. In Unity, Elise and Arno were an on/off couple, so it was a bit more cliche'd, but a brother and sister combo is really cool to see in a video game, the fact that they're twins adds to it. I can't wait to pick up Syndicate for Christmas!
  3. Well, I believe that Doyle is not in-fact dead, but was sent forward in time like Doc. His sacrifice will be remembered if he is though. And I felt that Sharkface's death, while being quick, was handled in a way to sorta say, "Wash and Carolina have moved on from their past, they gave him that option too, to move on." It shows how quickly they deal with a roadblock and keep looking forward. Locus is going down next, he's Wash's antagonist. Felix is unstable by himself, so left without Locus would send him into a frenzy.
  4. There may be a download redemption area for PC, I'd just need to look into it. If there isn't, I know places you could probably get it for free. I'll update this post if/when I find out more.
  5. Depends, for which platform is your copy of Halo: CE? If it's PC, there might be a place, which if there isn't you can probably find it for free somewhere with no problem. Original Xbox however may be a bit of an issue... I don't think there's a redemption area on it.
  6. HALO WARS 2 HALO WARS 2 HALO WARS 2 HALO WARS 2 HALO WARS 2 HALO WARS 2. At Xbox's 2015 Gamescom conference, Halo Wars 2 was announced in a bombshell surprise teaser at the end of the presentation. The trailer shows the return of Red Team and what seems to be a prequel setting during the Human-Covenant War. This could also tie in to the recent appearance of the Spirit of Fire in Escalation and Hunters in the Dark. A large Brute chieftan also makes an appearance suggesting the return of the Brute tribes. We get brief glimpses of Red Team fighting an unknown entity that looks to be very Arbiter in appearance, but we just don't know. The game will arrive Autumn of 2016 on Xbox One and Windows 10, being developed by 343 Industries and Creative Assembly. The trailer can be found on if you wish to watch it. 7. A new report has surfaced showing that major game developer and publisher Konami abuses and mistreats its employees and staff. Konami is a major game development and publishing company that is famous for multiple legendary titles like Metal Gear Solid, Silent Hill, and Castlevania. Lately, the company has come under fire for multiple business decisions such as the confrontations with Hideo Kojima, it's mobile game focus, and mistreatment of both its franchisees and employees. A new report from GameSpot.com showcases employee abuse in the company. Insider reports show that staff of Konami are not allowed to use personal emails, and require emails using a collection of numbers and letters, being changed every few months. Even worse, lunch breaks are tied to cards, and when an employer goes past this time, they are publically ousted and shamed in the company. Cameras are also littered around the building to monitor employee activity and assure they are doing their required jobs. Employees who are not seen as fit to expectation will be forced other trivial work, such as cleaning and security guard duty. Along with the information of employee abuse, other development details were listed, such as the monetary amount being poured into this year's Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and the cancellation of two other franchises. Konami has not responded as of yet to the allocations. View attachment: mgsv.jpg All images and information from Konami and GameSpot.
  8. You wouldn't have liked me.
  9. I understand the sacrifice, friends. I accept my role. I vote null, simply because I ain't gonna behead myself.
  10. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I hope your mornings/afternoons/evenings are going well today. I've been here for a little bit over 3 years now, I wasn't very active in my beginnings, but like a good story, the pace picked up and I went through a lot of names and a lot of hard times to get here. We don't give enough credit to those that have taken their pasts and used them as a monument for a good future. Some people show you that even after the darkest of times, they can become better, reaching heights that they never could before. Reaching a goal that might never have been possible. I'm going, taking a bit of time off from the site to clear my head and relax. I don't know when I'll be back, but I should still pop on every once in a while to say hello. How could I leave you guys behind forever? As far as I know, this isn't my staff resignation either. So, don't worry about me becoming legendary for a month again. This is just me leaving for a little while, to think. Self Destruct will take care of my news for me while I'm gone, I've trained him well. And you'll always have Yoshi and Fishy for events. There's a lot going on right now and it all looks really awesome. I'm glad I was here to see it happen. I wrote a little poem about my goodbye, since I do like writing. Take good care of her for me while I'm gone. I'll see ya around. ~Edward Kenway
  11. This is an outrage, we all know Doge should be member of the month 2016... RIP Doge. On a serious note... Ahem... I TOLD YOU SO. Congrats El Fishy, may your days in pink be prosperous.
  12. 2K has finally announced the highly anticipated Mafia III after many years of rumors and speculation, with a full reveal coming soon. Mafia II was an action-adventure game developed by 2K Czech and published by 2K themselves, the game released in 2010. Now, 5 years later, 2K has finally announced Mafia III, with a formal reveal coming August 5th at 5AM PST and 8AM EST at Gamescom, according to GameSpot.com. Interestingly, the developer has changed, with a newly formed studio called Hanger 13 leading the project. The image released teases the new location and shows what seems like the four main characters interrogating and inflicting pain on a person lying on the ground. In a statement, 2K said, "Mafia III is the next installment in the popular series known for immersing players into a world of organized crime through rich narrative storytelling and a beautifully crafted game world featuring period-accurate cars, music, and fashion." This comes after a slew of teases and rumors about a future project, ranging from rumors of Mafia III being a current gen launch game, to one of Mafia II's main voice actors teasing Mafia news in the near future. 13. Bungie Studios has confirmed that over the next ten years, your destiny characters will transfer through games, so you won't have to worry about restarting. Destiny, created by Bungie Studios, was released in September 2014 to a mixed reception, and to follow two expansion packs, The Dark Below and House of Wolves, were also released to further extend the game's roster of activities and content. With the future in mind, Bungie has confirmed that your playable character will carry over through the years of Destiny games, this information relaying from GameSpot.com. Destiny's lead engineer, Luke Timmins, explained that, "We certainly take it seriously that Destiny is a ten-year thing. It's a long-term thing and with these adventures that we're adding my contract to you--and any player--is that your Guardian will always be there." With this in mind, they confirm that they want you to continue on the saga as your own character, but whether weapons, gear, and other items like that will transfer along with your personal Guardian is a mystery. It is also unknown if you'll be limited to transferring only one character to future games and major expansions. The next adventure in Destiny, The Taken King, will be released in September of 2015 and Bungie has confirmed that another game is in the works. Rumor also has it that two other expansions will follow The Taken King, but details about these are unknown. 14. Complaining about other members, removed from next month's list. :doge:
  15. The Top 10 List is something very special to a person like me, it has been a real pleasure working every month to help good members get noticed and encourage good behaviour amongst the forum. A long time ago, I was actually on this list, which further propelled me to get to where I am now. Myself, Yoshi1176, and Fishy discuss this list tirelessly in between our rampages in GTA V, because we all see this list as what it really is. A spotlight for members who deserve to be commended, and an achievable goal for those that aren't quite there yet. We go into this list in an unbiased and comprehensive manner to make sure that each month the right people get praised. Anyways, without further ado, here's July 2015's Top 10. Shadowfiend216 Melody AhhOldWoman Onsokumaru Halo5 follower Dumpen9 rrhuntington Simple Soul Helix Amell Axilus Prime I'd also like to congratulate our honourable mention, Ledgend1221, it was a tough one, and there were a lot of members to go through, many of you deserved it. On the flip-side, it's fantastic to see quite a few new members hit the Top 10, so congrats to you guys! An important note, if you did not get on the list, fret not, there's always next month, and complaining about yourself or someone else will force us to bar you from next month's list, which will suck. Anyways, ladies and gents of the forum, that's your Top 10. I'll see you all next month for our new batch of members!
  16. Jaime, I must say this is some fantastic work! Though I'm not on my PC right now, I'll be sure to look into this project further when I have the chance. I think with a bit of team expansion and some work, you've got some good stuff here! Cheers.
  17. I don't have any DLCs actually Unless you can use DLCs with people who don't have them, nothing atm. I'd prefer we stick with el vanillo.
  18. Humanity has advanced so far... We have created shimmering cities in the sky, can access a plethora of information at the touch of a button, know more about our solar system than ever before, and have reached global peace... SO WHY NOT TEAR UP?! You guessed it, a Civilization V event. We're just going to be doing a playthrough of the game, so it could be utter choas (with Ledgend it might be) or we could have a peaceful time... But where's the fun in that. The event takes place on Saturday, the 25th of July, and will serve as a replacement to the previously planned event which got absurdly low sign-ups. Obviously, you'll need a PC and a copy of the game to participate, but you don't need a beefy PC for Civ V and the game itself is cheap and a lot of fun, so I highly encourage everyone to pick it up and join in! You can feel free to call a country if you want now, or wait until Saturday to do so. Just be sure to sign up now and be around in the SB around 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time for the event, I'll give anyone attending my Steam tag. GET REKT.
  19. Hiya everyone, event extraordinaire Hayley Kenway here, to bring you a new event! This will be a real event, I swear. No really, stop laughing, it's going to happen! Here's how you can attend! Game: Halo: The Master Chief Collection Time: 4:00PM EST Date: July 25th, 2015 We will be playing a variety of maps and modes, most commonly my own remixes of classic maps. For example, Skeleton Canyon, a reboot of Blood Gulch. We'll have a lot of fun, I promise. Attendees: 1. Hayley Kenway 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. ...
  20. Does this mean we have to stop with the jokes in the staff chat? Or does this mean we have to come up with new jokes? Congrats Ash :doge: The Last of Us is best game.
