Doing some server maintenance... Nothing specifically to do with 343i, just finding and fixing a bug in apache and mod_fcgid. Not expecting anything bad to happen

Its really quite simple. Apache though having ample slots for any type of burst in traffic will work perfectly but mod_fcgid seems to be limiting only a max of around 100 slots per account on the server meaning that some accounts are lagging while slots free up. But the server is specked to handle much more then this limit. so i have to find whats causing this and change it. one of those problems that when fixing you have to catch it and does not always happen.
