I need to Talk to a member of 343i how do i do this

Hi I'm P1N3C0N35, I've been playing Halo since 2. My service tag in Halo: Reach and in Halo 4 has been P1C0 (the short version of P1n3c0n35) has been with me since the beginning. Now all of a sudden my service tag is changed in both games it says "the service tag requested is not allowed on XBOX LIVE". How can something that has been the same for 4 years be "not allowed"? Please can I have my Tag back

As rrhuntington said, we are not the official 343 industries. My advice would be to try to retype your tag on the settings area.

Halo Waypoint is the place for this. I am not sure why that would happen all of a sudden. It could be due to the fact that it is a different company and different system. After all you were using that service tag on Bungie games mostly. I suppose 343 are just fussy with service tags.
