How High Do You Think The Arbiter's Chances Are In Being In Halo 5 ?

I know I'm not the only who wants The Arbiter in Halo 5, but since the storyline is about Master Chief dealing with the lost of Cortana and him fighting solo in the Halo 5 Trailer, do you think Arbiter will be in Halo 5 or come back in future Halo Games ?

I honestly have no idea where the Arbiter could be, after reading Thursday War. I hope that he'll be back though. Mortal Dictata will probably have something about him, but that's not until 5 months. He is a great character, and he'd be a perfect opposite to Jul 'Mdama (also a great character). 343 will probably have the Arbiter involved in the story in some way, there are a lot people who like him.

The Arbiter is too awesome to be shoved to the sidelines for good. 

However, I don't want to get my hopes up and be disappointed, so I'm going to be cautious and say that he has a 70-80% chance of being in Halo 5, or whatever they're going to call it.

It's quite possible. Mainly because it is a rumor that the planet in the trailer is a Sanghelian world, the home planet of The Arbiter.
