This Court is Called to Order

This court is called to order! This is the business of prosecuting GermanShepherdD. After the court is called to order, I will present my opening statement.

 

I hope this will be conducted in all seriousness, because if we do, I believe that this could become a fun activity for the forum. It will be conducted like a roleplay, post by post.

 

Here is the list of those Subpoenaed for a position:

 

 

Bailiff: Ledgend1221

 

Judge: Spectral Jester

 

Jury: Absolute Dog, Jam, and Caboose the Ace

 

Prosecution: Church

 

Defendant: GermanShepherdD

 

Legal Counsel of Defendant: Banehalo

 

Disgruntled ex-judge/audience member: Insignia

 

Witnesses will be called.

 

We will carry this like a court of law. The Jury shall remain silent until the end, when they shall PM their vote, guilty or not guilty, to the Judge, after reaching an agreement.

 

It shall start out with the Baliff calling the court to order, and swearing in Judge, Jury, and all members present.
