Halo 4 Legendary Completion Error

Is there any 343i members, that would be able to look my gamer tag up and see that i have indeed completed the Halo 4 Campaign on Legendary but did not receive any of my achievements or armor, and fix this issue please? My service record shows i did complete it, however i received no reward. I would really love to continue playing Halo but am finding the motivation not present, due to this unfortunate event, and would be much obliged if it can be resolved. Otherwise i regret to say that my halo loyalty died with bungie.

u need to completete all missions on leagendery on xbox live if not u will not get the armor

for me, i looked at misson select, then i noticed it didnt give me or my dad one lvl done on legendery. check for you..,,

Dumb question but did you complete all the missions on co op or single player, because if you were switching back and forth it may not work.

You may need to have played whilst connected to Xbox Live (Online.)

If this didn't work, then try it again.
