There is a time limit. When Fiery Knight originally started this game, he said if the Riddler doesn't post in 3 days, then whoever posts first after that 3 day wait will assume position of the Riddler. This game has become much more popular since then, so let's make a new rule and say 1 day (24 hours) since the last riddle has been confirmed as correct for the new Riddler to post.
