I still don't have any of the benefits for Collector's Edition?

I used all of my numbers and yet I still don't have the armour or the maps. Please help? I will eventually post pictures of my receipt for proof.

The maps aren't even released yet. You in a way, put it on preorder.

The codes for maps means you have prepaid for the map packs, first one is out Monday. As for the rest, go to download history and redownload the halo 4 game add on, your stuff should then reappear, the recent title update threw them out.

The reason I was asking is that I don't have the armour you're supposed to get with the collector's edition nor do I have the emblems. I know the maps aren't being released yet, the reason I've put this post up is because I have none of the other items you get with the collector's edition showing up.

I did! And yet I still don't have them! They don't even show up in my downloads history!
