You need a USB Drive, their is a program you can use if you Format your USB drive to the Xbox 360 and save the content to the flash drive you can download a program to read the content and copy it to your computer. That is one method I know of.

You cannot upload halo vids to YouTube any other way or even watch halo vids on your computer via waypoint or anything so it seems you have the answer to our problems for those of us who do not have a pvr or anything like that and I'm sure you can pirate this program you speak of.
