It was also a good method of restoring your health in campaign on legendary when there weren't many medkits around. SatanicBagels Posted July 15, 2012 Report Share Posted July 15, 2012 The problem with Drop Shield is that it hurt the map flow. Maps are meant to flow in a certain way continuously. When somebody used a drop shield it disrupted that flow as the person inside wasn't going anywhere and the players outside just sat there and waited for it to drop before swooping in for the kill.
