Why I don't really like they gave away recon is because some recruit guy was like "your a noob kid I got recon armor". Maybe if people met a certian criteria they could get the flaming chest piece. Like maybe; 10,000+ EXP Finish the campaign on Mythic 50 TrueSkill in every avaliable playlist Just stuff like that so not everyone has it.
