Hey, I am new here. I first want apoligize for my grammar, as English isn't my native language. A few days ago i stumbled upon some halo 3 vids and realized how much i miss those days and that I do NOT like the halo 4 multiplayer at all. Luckely there are still enough people playing halo 3 to find matches quite quick, although not in every playlist. I wonder why big team slayer is played by no one, i can't seem to find a match in big team slayer wich really bums me out. Doesn't anyone like it?
The maps are poorly designed for pre determined loadout gameplay. Whoever gets to the vehicles fastest gets the quickest advantage. It's garbage and ruins the experience. The gameplay rapidly escalates and while I'm fine to try and continue the game. More often than not, the majority of the losing team almost always quits.
I feel like thee should be a Big Team Slayer playlist option for match making. Now im not talking about Infinity Big Team, myself among many others I have spoken to, think that the option to order power weapns after as little as three or four kills is somewhat overpowerd. That is not to say that there is no place for Infinity Big Team, for the most part it is enjoyable, but on Ragnarock for example this feature can seem at best 'gimmicy' because of the excessive amount of 'camping' snipers due to the ordenace drops. I think that adding the playlist option of a core Big Team will end this sometimes frustraighting problem by adding an alternative to it.
Dear Everyone (especially 343 Industries), In previous Halo games such as Halo 3 and Halo: Reach, there was more than just Big Team Infinity Slayer. Mixed in there was a large variety of objectives, such as capture the flag, assault, and territories. I know that you have these game types separate, but it's just not the same without vehicles. Objective games with vehicles on a large map allows players to be creative and strategize, on top of having fun. I remember I had some of the best times playing capture the flag on Valhalla in Halo 3; basically, objective with the big team is excellent. About those maps: Forge World from Halo: Reach immediately comes to mind, seeing as there are nearly infinite possibilities. Also, Sand Trap from Halo 3. The Elephants gave way to so many different strategies and game types. Please consider everyone, Your Die hard Fan
