I personally think Reach won't get a remake. After playing it since it came out, it's just worn me out. I'm tired of it's graphics, it's gameplay, and pointless screenshots. Adding to the fact it's not necessarily canon to the books and disregards the Halo event. Also, is 343 even allowed to remake Reach? I know 343 can't just spit out a game whenever it wants.

Yes, both had good and bad aspects. It's kind of mixed. Halo 4 armor pieces weren't based off a default torso, however (Like Halo 3 armor customization, also in Reach). Changing armor in Halo 4 would change the whole thing, where Orbital had no similarities to Venator in Halo 4. A larger number of helmets was good, and I think customization optioning goes to Halo 4. But Good helmets, shoulders, knees, and such goes to Reach.

Yoshi and FIshy above explained that you can either block the explicit user, to prevent into getting any matches with them, or mute them ( which would be the simplest.) However, if you don't want this situation again, and you're playing Reach, you can simply filter the kinds of matches you get filtering your Match Search option (Rowdy, Lone Wolves, Team Players, etc.) It should be one of the options in the multiplayer menu.
