It still remains; Making a Halo 2 anniversary would take away from Halo 5. Would you rather have another amazing Halo game or a reboot of a game that causes the new Halo to have a BUNCH of flaws in it?

Now I'm confused. You said you want Halo 2A so you can have the old multiplayer back and when I state that they'll just keep the new multiplayeryou are happy about it. Ok?

That's REALLY unlikely. If they do waste their time to make Halo 2 Anniversary it'll be piggy backing off of Halo 5's multiplayer (or Halo 4's if they make it for the 360) the same way as Halo: CEA does.

They need to stop the Anniversaries. Halo: CEA was awesome and to me a rememberance of where it all started. But Halo 2A would be too much. Halo 2 is AMAZING and all of the Halo's are AMAZING. But they don't need Anniversaries.or revamps of any kind. Besides. It takes away from the effort they put towards making Halo 5.

If the elites become playable again I seriously need a button where I can make the Wort Wort Wort sound. XD

Halo does NOT need a reboot of any kind. And the idea of John going rouge is extremely absurd. I mean if you've been here through amd through since the beginning you would know MC is not one to do that. And as for what should be in Halo 5; I think they should fix forge and add something new like they do every game, I loved dual weilding when it came out, I loved forge, I loved the loadouts of Reach, and I love the ordnance's in Halo 4. I've been playing this game since I was a kid and have seen it change so much but all of the changes have been amazingly great and have been well balanced. I can't wait to see what they do next. Oh gawd the puns... O.o I haven't been around for a few months (since the beginning of the year) and really haven't been keeping up with the Halo 5 news as of late.I decided to come back and see how these forums are doing.

Microsoft dropped the ball (then it rolled down a hill into a crevice) with the XBox One, ever since E3 I've heard a LOT of Halo players saying that they weren't buying the XBox One and decided to leave the Halo saga; some saying they'll just watch Let's Plays, others saying they'll just cut all ties with it, even me at one point I was ready to just up and leave (as much as I didn't want to). The XBox One, at the end of the day, is a s*** console and made to watch tv on (it's been marketed as that since it was announced). Will I be buying an XBox One?; Yes, after a long time of thinking it through (took a month or two) I've decided that even though the XBox One is the crappiest console to date (I.M.O.) I love Halo enough to buy the Console. But to be honest, that's all the XBox will be used for, if I'm not playing Halo it'll be collecting dust. Although the Console sucks, I fully believe that Halo 5 will be AMAZING, I know I'll love Halo 5 as much as I've loved the rest. and as for the date, everything not out yet (for preorder) is marked for December 31 of the year it's said to be released on (unless the release date has been announced to the public). I've been an avid amazon customer for a long time and seen it on a LOT of games. -P.S. sorry for the mini rant I just had to get that off my chest. Lol. For anybody who's main console will be an XBox One, I totally respect your choice and can't wait to play Halo with you

Had a GREAT group of friends who all played Reach. But since have lost touch with most. :/

Also I'd like to be able to kill other humans in infection; 1) There was soo many times people were finding cheat spots that was unfair to everybody (during Halo Reach and I've seen it in Halo 4) and I used to kill them and stop them from being a nooby cheater. (It just really bugged me). 2) I had a strategy that (with a friend) we used to kill one another if we ran out of ammo (although half the time we got killed trying to rendezvous) Lol.

Not really, people who like BF either don't have an opinion of Halo or like it, same for Halo players CoD players Hate both and both BF and Halo players hate CoD. And personally I didn't like Halo 4 forge, it didn't really give us anything new, just a texture change and some magnets, definitely not enough to keep players forging like they did in past Halo's, plus the crutch on Custom games, a LOT of people played custom games in the past (especially me and my group of friends) and a LOT of people made maps and gametypes but with the lack of customization in custom games amd the lack of new things in forge there was a lack of things to do, people even Moded gametypes because of it. I played reach so much because after I got tired of just plain online I had a BUNCH of friends to play a BUNCH of customs with. But 343 dropped the ball on this one but I know they'll get it right this time. As for story telling 343 did an amazing job especially at pulling at heart strings.

*Sigh* *Facepalm* And yeah, there are three major FPS titles, Halo, Battlefield, CoD, (and a small amount of people who hate all three and like doom and wolfenstien), 2/3rds of the LARGE communities hate CoD, that's a LOT of people, more than those who like it. CoD is loosing it's audience because it doesn't change (when it occasionally does it changes very little). It's basicly like buying $60 of DLC. So again, "please stop thinking all the posts I make somehow tie to you, because they don't. Thank you " Also more to the topic, I would LOVE to see an upgraded Forge and better customization for Infection, would love to see the arbiter return, and all in all I just can't wait to get my hands on Halo 5.

But if it doesn't I would love another Spartan Ops season, and hopefully this time it's playable offline.

Just because you disagree with something doesn't make it invalid as you'd like to believe. If I was like you I could say all your points are mute and invalid. But I don't. And if you've actually read any of my points (from what I've seen you both haven't) you would get your depth. Again, yes, noobishly camping weapon spawns is bad, and I am glad they took out (lessened) the ability to do that.

First, you derailed the last thread believing everything revolves around you (which it doesn't). Second, as I said, you don't have to be rude about your opinion.

The BR is a long range precise weapon but the AR has more of a spray with a BR you have a MUCH higher chance of getting all of your shots on the head (with accuracy of course) but with an AR (because of the bullet spread) less bullets are likely to hit the head (it being a smaller target than the usual area most people shoot their AR's, the chest).

Chances are you'll land a less amount of shots on somebodies head with a damage bonus but he'll land more bullets on your chest without one so it still makes no difference in the game. Same outcome everytime.

What I'm hoping for is: - No more monthly gametypes (I'm tired of playing an awesome gametype then it's all of a sudden gone the next month). - Bring back the Arbiter (He was amazing and a VERY important Character and I MISS HIM! Lol). - More flood/flood customization in custom games (I hated that the flood/infection gametype didn't have much customization in it as Halo: Reach and Halo 3, to the point where people had to Mod to make Infection gametypes. Plus I would love to see the flood back in one way or another, I personally would like to see a Flood wave mode and/or them in the Campaign) - Forge 3.0 (Halo Reach's Forge was SO much more advanced than Halo 3's Forge but sadly Halo 4's Forge didn't have much to offer, especially since they hyped it up before launch, except for some lighting changes and magnets which got old fast) - Knowledge of Cortana (I personally would like for them to give us a hint if she will or will not be able to come back in Halo 6)
