I started this topic the day I bought the game and then tried my copy on a few different consoles but to no avail... I looked everywhere for direct contact to 343 but apparently the only way to do so is through this forum. How can we make them aware of this problem? I'm not sure if they are since I haven't seen any official statements from 343 commenting on this problem. I enjoyed the campaign but it would have been more special if the sound was presented correctly. 343 are you aware of this problem? HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED

Hi everyone, Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm halfway through the campaign and I've noticed that each and every cinematic features clear, audible voiceovers but muffled sound effects. For instance, there's a cinematic where Chief ditches his Ghost before launching over a cliff. Cortana and Chief sound crystal clear but as he jumps off the Ghost it sounds like a pillow is covering my speakers... I've searched the interwebs and found that numerous people have noticed this as well. If anyone can offer a valid reason for this, I'd appreciate it. 343 Industries: Please offer any and all help necessary to resolving this issue. I'm an avid fan and have been deeply disappointed because of this. Thanks, UWTravis10
