    I played Reach the other night... and stole a persons kill... twice... he was trying to assassinate them and well... he had no shields and I gave them a headshot. Also... I killed 60+ people as well while I was playing... On a lighter note.... I forgot to pray over my cereal this morning.

    When I got my first overkill in Halo 3... it was a FFA against some semi pro's/extremely good players. In Reach... in the TU Beta, I finally got my first Overkill Extermination... I wrecked faces with the needle Rifle.

    I checked how many games I played in Halo 3 when I was online earlier, it was around 8,000-10,000... not the 3.5k like I formerly thought. What is the point then of getting a crack in your helmet if shield recharge just fixes it?

    I think that in order to keep the fan base that they have held over the years, they need to appeal to both the Hardcore gamers and the Casual. Someone made a topic that said they need to bring back the Ranked and Social playlist like Bungie incorporated into Halo 3. That is what they need to do in my opinion.

    Having helmet damage could be a good idea, however over a period of time I believe it would get old and people would find it annoying. I played nearly 3.5k games in Halo 3... It would not have been fun to get a cracked helmet every time I took a lot of damage. Most BR battles left you with no shields and nearly dead. So after each battle, do you really want a cracked helmet after your shields recharge?

    Just as a heads up in case you didn't know, this is not the actual 343i website. This is a fan forum. OT, we all want to see footage of it. But I don't think we will see any trailers and/or gameplay video until after CEA is released.
