  1. The banner sais: DUE TO POSTING INAPPROPRIATE OR LEAKED CONTENT So I guess it's more likely to be due to inappropriate posting than leaking content. And seeing your post history... It wasn't due to that one time you posted that "constructive critisism is not hurting or fixing the game". Anyway I'm sidetracking Clean slate here! Enjoy your stay! Oh and if you love community events check the calendar, there's plenty of events listed there. Just don't forget to RSVP in the event thread!

  3. Halo: The Master Chief Collection 21/04/2015 Update Notes http://343i.org/2vz

  4. There's been an update for the Master Chief Collection which you'll need to download next time you boot up the game. This update adresses matchmaking penalties, ranking, stability and your usual maintenance. We'll start off with the thorn that has been in everyones eyes the last few weeks. Which is... Quitting and betraying: New quit and betrayal penalties have been added to matchmaking: In ranked playlists, quitting a match is now treated the same as a loss. Quitting is defined as exiting the game in any fashion. If you quit a match, your ranking will be impacted, and this may result in dropping a level. All quits and betrayals are being tracked automatically, and action is being taken against offending players who commit these offenses more than what is considered normal behavior. Next up is what people have been wanting since the beginning. Which is... Ranking: A variety of improvements to ranking consistency and penalties have been made. An issue that could cause a player to rank down excessively, such as dropping multiple levels after a loss has been resolved. An issue that caused a player’s rank to appear incorrectly has been resolved. Furthermore we have fixes for all Halo titles, parties, Achievements and Misc. Halo CE: An issue that was causing off-host players to deal more damage than the host in peer-to-peer custom games has been resolved. Updated Derelict to include the Rocket Launcher when selecting the “Classic” weapon set. Made improvements to vehicle weapon accuracy. Resolved an issue that caused incorrect bullet and grenade collision with an invisible object on the map Derelict. Update the “Boxer” controller layout by switching the “switch grenade” and “throw grenade” buttons. Halo 2 Classic: Resolved a hitbox issue where shooting an enemy’s weapon from the front would not cause damage. Corrected the matchmaking Team Ball respawn modifier from “Inheritance” to “None.” Halo 3: Updated Halo 3 Forge to include editing for all game types. Made significant improvements to Halo 3 audio, specifically in regards to weapon fire and sound effects. Made improvements to Halo 3 multiplayer networking stability. Made improvements to Halo 3’s controller “deadzones.” Resolved issues that were causing Halo 3 multiplayer stats to not track correctly. Resolved lighting and shading issues occurring on the “Sandbox” multiplayer map. Resolved an issue where the “Begins with a Single Step” achievement did not unlock correctly. Resolved an issue where the Golf Club object did not appear correctly in Forge. Halo 4: Resolved an issue where Primary Weapons could display in the Secondary Weapon slot after removing the Firepower Tactical Package. Parties: Made improvements to voice chat consistency, specifically in team-based matchmaking games. Resolved an issue where a player may not hear another player via voice chat after completing a game. Improved party functionality, specifically in regards to game invites and joinable states. Increased the speed at which the roster populates with Xbox Live friends after completing a game. Resolved an issue where players could get stuck on the “Leaving Matchmaking” screen for longer than usual. Resolved an issue where players were unable to join immediately after becoming Xbox Live friends. Achievements: Resolved an issue that caused "The Guardians Are Coming" achievement to not unlock correctly. Resolved issues that caused complications with Spartan Ops achievements unlocking. Misc: Made a variety of improvements to UI throughout the title, specifically in regards to notification messages and stability. Improved Playlist and Campaign Career Stats tracking for Halo 2, Halo 3 & Halo 4. Made a variety of significant improvements to stability throughout the title. We also get some information on the status of our complementary Relic map and ODST port. Although Bravo doesn't tell us much, he does tell us that both Relic and ODST will be released with the upcoming update next month. Following up to the release will be more info on the exact release date and the name of the Relic remake. We also get a few screenshots to look at in the meantime which I'll put down here: Has your annoying issue finally been resolved? Let us know down below! Thank you for reading! 6. The OP didn't know about this at the time of posting...
  7. They always say that things are Gamestop exclusive and whatnot which would mean it wouldn't be available in countries without a Gamestop right? Well truth is that this isn't the first time this stuff is being done. Halo 4 had gamestop exclusives aswell and guess what, here in the Netherlands I pre-ordered from my local store that had ALL of the pre-order exclusive content from all the different American retailers. What I'm trying to say is don't fret if you're in another country or something because I'm sure that other smaller retailers will get their hands om some "exclusive" content aswell. They're just not being advertised in this way. Also agent Locke is wearing HUNTER armor and maybe the regular HUNTER armor will be available to everyone to unlock by either credits (like Reach), achievements (like Halo 3) or levels (like Halo 4) and agents Locke's armor is just a variation. Remember how Halo 4 had different variation of armor sets that just had the secondary color painted somewhat differently? This might just be exactly the same thing.
  8. They could create playlist for every single specific gametype and game but that would only spread out the low population even more. if you want to play CE and H2C go to those specific playlists or take a gamble at being put in a H3 or H4 game every once in a while.
  9. Halo 5: Guardians pre-order bonus trailer http://343i.org/2vv

  10. The trailer shows us the little teaser part we got a while ago with Spartan Locke putting on his helmet but we get to see some more now. Check the trailer down here: Those enemies never stood a chance! So pre-ordering from Gamestop gives us the Spartan Locke armor for multiplayer which is pretty cool. I just hope it isn't restricted to Gamestop alone since some countries (including mine) don't have a Gamestop. I guess time will tell. What's interesting is that the narrator tells us "Sometimes you're the predator. Sometimes you're the prey" which either tells us that in Halo 5 we get to play both Locke and Master Chief in the Halo 5 campaign (which I think has not been officially confirmed yet), or it's just referring to us being able to play with Locke's armor in multiplayer and thus being "The Predator". Anyways, we get a cool armor for pre-ordering! Will you pre-order with Gamestop for this armor? Let us know down below! Thank you for reading! Thanks to You Know YOLO for telling me about the trailer! View full article

  12. Was thinking about picking this game up. Thanks for talking me out of it, it seems that doing this would've been a grave mistake!
  13. You say you got a code instead of automatic extension because you didn't have Xbox Live? Then you didn't recieve anything as you had to have played ONLINE before the 19th of December 2014 to get the compensations. Also I still don't get how people don't immediatly redeem a code the moment they get them...
  14. Mind if I post the Star Wars Battlefront special editions here? They might not be real, still they look pretty neat!
  15. Suddenly! Spartan Strike releases! Thanks for the heads up Baconshelf
  16. Today Activision confirmed the rumours of a new Guitar Hero coming out with the announcement of Guitar Hero Live. Instead of the usual cartoony characters and look of the game we'll now be first person in the guitar players shoes in an actual live concert. What's interesting is that the crowd and band mates will react to your performance even more than what they used to. Be sure to check the trailer down below to see what I mean. Get ready for some first person tomatoes-in-your-face action! What FreeStyleGames also decided to overhaul is the Guitar Hero guitar controller. Remember that old thing with the 5 colourful buttons? The orange button you never managed to press with your pinky? Don't worry! The new guitar controller features 6 buttons spread over 2 rows of three. 1 more button and no more having to move your hand up and down to hit them all. The strum bar, wammy bar and all the other buttons on the lower end stay in the same position like the old controller. "What we came to was, you already know where your fingers are. You're moving them up and down. The idea of having colors to tell you where you are was kind of unnecessary. It was another bit of information that your brain had to process before you went, ‘OK, is it up or down?' Stripping that out and saying, your brain already knows where your fingers are, you just need to know if it's up or down, it seemed like you were processing the information a lot quicker. It worked really well." ~Jamie Jackson Some already confirmed artists are: The Black Keys, Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, Gary Clark, Jr., Green Day, Ed Sheeran, The War on Drugs, The Killers, Skrillex, The Rolling Stones, The Lumineers, Pierce the Veil and Blitz Kids. The game will hit the store for $99,99 for the game with one controller and will release on the Xbox 360, Xbox One, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Wii U and mobile platforms. The mobile versions have a feature that lets you choose whether you want to play it on the devices screen or on television. Neato! Are you excited to get back into some Guitar Hero action? Let us know down below! Thank you for reading! Sources: NL.IGN Polygon
  17. I was around the age of 7 when I first faced them and though they were plants at first because I couldn't understand English back then and had no idea what they really were. Then as I grew older realisations started to kick in... Suddenly eveything started to make sense and it horrified me
  18. Junior probably did notice and mumbled "I let you have this one" Either that or he didn't inherit the skills from his creator Keep it up Fishy

  22. If you want to play all the campaigns on that sweet 60fps then hell yeah. If you're doing it for the multiplayer I would recommend it if you're in the US/EU regions as it works, not perfectly, but works there. If you're from Autralia I'd say no as I've heard the multiplayer doesn't work at all there.
  23. I could, but dedicating an entire episode to Halo: Reach alone is a bit much don't you think?
