As I seriously doubt they would create ranks after inheritor when like 1% of the Reach population has reached the top rank. And why bother when Halo 4 is incoming this year. When Halo Reach first released they had a restricted max rank, they increased it every update until Inheritor. Inheritor is max rank. www.halotracker.com has ranks that gopast inheritor.
