Dead body

This is actually a big thing for me, I hope that when you beat someone down or kill them they do their little, BLARG noise and fall to the ground. I'm pretty sure it will be like that though because it's technically the same game.

They did not stick to the ground in CE incampaign. They used limp body physics but only when the body was subjected to explosions. Melee responsesand inherited ragdoll physics wefe not incorporated because Halo 1 didnt use Havok physics for anything besides the bsp. You can find a documentary or two about it. A good example of this is how diferrent the handling and collision responses are between the warthog in halo1 and halo 2

Correct!!! The handling and physics for the warthog and ghost vehicles was written into the vehicle itself, and did not use havok to simulate or control the responses to it's movement. This is why we see such a dramatic difference in how it responds to greandes, jumps, etc... In Halo 2, they used halok to control routinely, how the vehicle handled under interactions of any kind. It wasn't until halo 3 and Reach, that they decided to adjust the way havok controlled the vehicles, to the old Halo 1 way. It does a good job of simulating it, but it will never get the exact feel down. It will be interesting to see how they incorporate physics handling into the new engine and what platform they plan to use to handle it.
