Tommy Posted November 7, 2011 Report Share Posted November 7, 2011 Okay, the show was made to be directed towards little girls AND their parents, including the dads. Lauren Faust made it quite clear that she wanted to make a tv show that every character wasn't "perfect" and put them in real life situations but just tweaked it to fit the show. Honestly, the fact that the mane characters are ponies doesn't mean jack ****. I would watch it if they were all humans or anything else.
