Skulls

I've seen the video's of skulls and all but I still don't know this...

 

Are the skulls hidden in the levels and you must collect them to use them or are they unlocked from the biginning?

I think that they are going to be new skulls so we have to find them first... but I'm not 100 % sure about that.

They will have it to where you must find all the skulls,you will get Headhunter for finding all of them
