I downloaded it and even pinned it to my home screen, and it doesn't launch. It does not show up on my "My Games & Apps" or the TMCC game. Then I read and so... I can only access it if I have a digital copy of TMCC? or did I miss read.

You can't pin a single game inside a Multi-game to the homescreen. You can only pin TMCC, which is silly if you own the disk. Which is what I presume.

However, you do not have to have the digital copy. You definitely misread that. Otherwise, I myself would be upset.

What I suggest is to Power Cycle your Xbox One. Or Hard Reset as they say.

Instructions:

Hold the power button for 10 seconds or less, then your Xbox One should power down immediately > When that is done, pull the plug from your power brick and let that sit for 30 seconds > After you finish with that, plug everything back in and launch your Xbox One.

Alternatively, you can:

Go to Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear  > Restart

Do not do this. At all

Go into MCC, go to Halo 3 campaign, and it will be there. You can't pin the game, or find a launch from the Xbox hub, as it is DLC for MCC, and not a stand-alone game.
