Arbiter's forces

I was wondering where the Arbiter's forces are during the Battle of Requiem. Presumably they're fighting the Covenant Remnant elsewhere, maybe still trying to clean up the mess on Sanghelios or on other Forerunner installations, but I was wondering if there is any other information on what they're up to. Maybe the final book in the post war trilogy will shed some light on what's going on?

The Sangheli have their own civil war going on. They are divided over whether they will accept defeat by the humans and joins forces, or continue to pursue the goals of the covenant. The arbiter is a leader that has a lot of influence, so he would be a crucial part of the civil conflict

if u rember arbiter is in a civil war in this time and he most  likely at this point has no idea and have never even heard of requiem before but he is most likeley fighting the convent rennet someplace
